Unfortunately, my experience with this Company was less than satisfactory. While they were initially responsive to my calls and emails, once the work was completed, I found it challenging to get the necessary paperwork for my permit and they avoiding the inspection. It felt like there was something off, they dodge my requests for documentation. There is something not right with this company

I have been trying to reach out to them after their installation because they made the whole situation worse than it was but they are not responding .

It might sound silly, however one of the most impressive things was their attention to detail in the clean up. There was no mess left for me to clean up and nothing left behind!

A truly honest and professional company that I would HIGHLY recommend for preventing water in your basement. They work very efficiently and are very clean with a job that is not clean in nature when breaking up concrete and bringing in crushed stone. This is a great company to work with. If you have basement water issues this is your company not to mention they guarantee their work for life.

I knew from the moment Rob called me to schedule our appointment that he was my guy. He evaluated my needs and made me very comfortable with his recommendations. The price was very fair, and Rob made sure to work with my budget. The work effort was fantastic. Martin and his crew are true gentlemen and an excellent team. They provided everything Rob promised, cleaned everything, and their work is perfect! We had a heavy rain the day Martin and his team completed. That rain would have flooded my basement. Installed a gravity based water management solution in our basement. Job was expertly done in a quick manner. The crew were courteous, respectful, hardworking guys. I asked the foreman, Martín,to show me around before they close up, so I'll have references for future basement projects and he made sure to accommodate me.

Look, up in the sky, is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's Rob from Coulter Systems! Rob is the Superman of basement waterproofing. I called 5-6 companies when I was ready to waterproof my basement. 3 got back to me. I knew in just a few minutes that Rob was the only person I considered hiring. He explained the process during our first call, which led to a few more calls when I had more questions & Rob always made the time to thoroughly explain and answer all my questions & concerns. He quoted a price that was well under the other quotes I received AND, drum roll please, the price came in UNDER HIS ESTIMATE! WHAAAT? Yep, that happened. Rob said the job would take up to 3 days to complete depending on some factors. Did the job take 3 days? No. Did it take 2 days? No. Rob's crew completed the job IN ONE DAY! Come on! And, wait, there's more! Rob made sure that if the trucks and/or equipment being used left any tire ruts in my grass that he would make sure to fill it in and seed that area. From start to finish it was a joy to work with a gentleman contractor. He'll be forever in my rolodex of trusted people I want on my team to keep my home safe and dry. Oh, I have more characters remaining? Well then, let's talk about Rob's crew. These guys had great energy! They worked hard and it was fun to hear them joke around with each other. They were very polite to me and I remember their infectious smiles. Give me more stars!!5 stars isn't enough!!

Rob Coulter clearly described his recommendations for solving our water problems in the stone cellar of a 160 yr. old house. Within a day he provided a proposal, diagrams, and transferrable lifetime warranty for the work. Within a week, his crew performed the work with remarkable skill using highest quality materials. They were efficient, friendly, and enthusiastic about their work. Martin, the foreman, was adaptable to our needs. I have no hesitations in highly recommending Coulter Systems for waterproofing projects. Their work is top quality at a reasonable price.

Mr Coulter was up front with the work he could do. Everything was done as outlined in his bid. His crew was hard working and did a great job.

We had an excellent experience overall with Coulter Systems. Rob was great on the phone, easy to relate to and communicate with. Their install team did an excellent job, clean and efficient. Their foreman Martin was fantastic and responsive to questions. We are thrilled with their work and are now just waiting to enjoy a rain storm without worrying about a wet basement! Would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for great work at a fair price.

I liked Mr Coulter from the first moment I meet him. He thoroughly explained what is my job consist of to have it done correctly. He followed his promises not only doing a good job, but showed up at the promised time. His price was better than his competitors. I recommend this company to anybodyâ s basement water problem.

Hi Rob/Tyler- Thank you. While I was away for a work trip, the â Iraâ storm hit. My family reported â not one dropâ of water made it to our basement! Apparently we were the only house anywhere around us that suffered no water damage. This is the first storm in years, that didnâ t â depositâ some amount of water into our basementâ ¦ Even with the interior French Drain, the Swale outside and every other measure we taken. So your well-timed repair to our exterior foundation was well designed and implemented. The dry well w/ sump pump worked like a charm. We had already referred you to some friends. I had my basement waterproofed. However, it still leaks. I have reached out to them several times -no one is calling me back. I am willing to change my rating if they fix the problem!

We had issues with water pooling every time it rained. Rob came over to survey the land and he was very friendly and professional. After he drawing up the plan and emailing us an estimate, his team came over shortly once the weather was dry enough to work. The job was finished in 2 days! Beautiful job!

We spent a lot of money with this company. Like I stated before, after much **back and forth**, we finally got what we were asking for. It is a shame that they do not honor their warranty. We have not gotten a callback nor have they attempted to fix our issues and concerns with the work they provided. Be very careful with this company.

I had a whole basement French drain system installed by Coulter in 2006. It is now 2020 and it has worked perfectly. There have been a few times over the years I called Coulter to ask questions, and to seek guidance. Both Rob and his son are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable, and they do excellent work. They happen to be extremely nice and professional as well. What more could you ask for?
