They stand by their lifetime warranty. I did not hire them, I but bought a home and they came out more than once to do repairs at no charge because they honored the warranty transferred from the previous owner to me.

I was very pleased with Rob and his crew. Martine, his foreman was extremely cordial and professional. There was an issue with my main sewer pipe(not their fault) and they handled the issue perfectly. I would recommend this company to all.

Tyler was very personable, professional, and patient. He exceeded my expectations. No matter how many times he had to go back and forth to grab the proper material for me when faced with an obstacle, he was very positive and happy to take care of it for me. Great family business to support!

At first, the company wanted to set an appointment. The job was mostly completed. Next 2 days, I noticed a problem that needed to be seen. I tried many times to get someone to come back so it could be problem solved. Mgr. Never came, so I had another company finish what this company did not do.

Work crew were polite, neat and professional. After the work was completed I did have water seepage after a very heavy rain but the owner personally came to make adjustments. I am hoping the problem is now solved but in any event I feel confident they will resolve the problem without delay. If you want to get treated like family, this is the company you should select.

I did hire this company April 2018. To date and many documented emails and phone calls later, I am still fighting for a concrete and final resolution, as Rob Coulter promised me. However, he keeps delaying and stalling. Next step is to get the Attorney General involved.

Great company to work with! We had a French drain and sump pump installed. One day for the work, which was great! My only issue is communication after install. We had some water about a week after install because of a ton of rain this summer. We were told that this was normal. Said they would follow up the following week, they never did. When I reached out, left a message and asked for them to send me a receipt for the work performed, I never heard back from them. We do have a dry basement!!!!

Good company only issue is they were to come back to extend my drain pipe they did not I had to replace on my own.

I left 4 voicemails for follow up service and still have not received a phone for over a month.

Fantastic company to work with. Had French drain, second sump pump Installed and basement walls painted with DryLok paint. For the first time in over 19 years our basement is totally dry! Team that did the work was professional, timely and everything you could hope for. Rob Coulter was great to work with. We have peace of mind knowing their work is guaranteed for life and transfers to new owner if house is sold. Highly recommend them.

A nasty job,,,that was spectacular when finished..

I am very pleased with the work performed and the pricing. I initially received three quotes; one was twice as much as Coulter, and the other was about the same. I went with Coulter and am glad I did. The crew arrived and was able to install 120 sq. ft. of french drain, plus adding an additional sump pit and surface drains all in one day. They left my basement clean and were professional to deal with. It has now been about 3 months since the work was performed. It continues to be a very wet season. We have received many bad storms and my basement has stayed dry throughout all of them.

Very please with Coulter systems very fair and honest competitive prices, prompt service and cleanup we’re great. I would highly recommend this company I had French drain installed in my basement and a sump pump and I have had no issues since installation 6 months ago and I can now I finish my basement worry free.

Very easy to work with

Overall a good job, although I was promised an extra incentive that was not delivered on. Communication is a problem, as they don’t answer email and can take a few calls to receive a reply. Their craftsmanship is good though.

I would have given a 10 star rating if possible. Mr Coulter is a true professional in every way. My basement and garage were flooding every time it rained. He made my job a priority. I got such a quick response when requesting a quote and the job-was not only done right but my yard is even better than before. He incorporated the drainage to not only match my landscaping but improved the overall look by adding a pretty walkway leading into an existing path to cover the drains. You would never know it hadn’t always looked this way. Having just dealt with multiple contractors for other projects, I can tell you this was a piece of cake ! The office staff was helpful and it was never a problem to get in touch. They guarantee their work AND in the event that we sell our property, the warranty is transferable. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH!
