Initial job done well. One problem needed to be fixed and response time was slow.

I would have given five stars but for two reasons I can't, #1 I feel he should have checked the boro regulations before he started the work, because our boro enforcement officer stopped the work just as they started it.#2 after the job was completed the owner, could have checked how well they had cleaned up, and finished the job, after they were done and gone, they left a few things behind. sloppy cleanup

The project was completed as planned and contracted. There were no problems.

They installed an exterior drainage system without sump pump to get water away from the slab on grade foundation. They were the only ones to offer a warranty on their work. Compared to other bids they were the most reasonably priced. They are prompt at returning calls and offer a written quote up front. On work completion they left the worksite in good condition, replacing the sod where it had been removed to do the work. They also covered the perimeter drain on top with river stone so that it looked decent. Would use again.

Scope of work and implememtation was thorough. Cleanup after project was excellent. Some water following first rain but, quick response and issue was corrected. Recent very heavy rain was not an issue.

Project was done on time. Area was cleaned as promised. We haven't had any rain so I don't know how well it will work yet.

They gave me a couple of options and that one I decided to go with they did a very good job in installing the sump pump.

They were the first to respond to my request and when they learned what i really needed they did not come to my house for a costly visit but gave me suggestions over the phone. I really appreciated that. I did NOT need a basement waterproofing system evaluation. i clearly stated on my request that I needed service on my battery backup on the existing system. I would recommend Coulter.

Since this job was a small one, Robert Jr. Came out to do it himself. I only needed a sump pump installed since the house had no piping for it, and my new AC was dumping lots of water into a sealed sump pit. I was very happy with the work and glad to be able to watch, help just a little, and learn. Also, the company didn't try to sell me thousands of dollars of extra work, which Basement Waterproofing Nationwide did at one point.
