Tri-County Industries Inc

Another waste collection service that I tried to use (Racoon Refuse) rarely ever showed up to remove my trash. Then Tri-County Industries Inc. made some sort of deal to purchase my name and address from Racoon Refuse - without ever contacting me. My first contact was a bill from Tri-County Industries, I called Tri-County and requested that they cancel this account that was created in my name and had my home address. Customer service is a joke. She wouldn't even let me speak to a manager and oddly enough, she wouldn't provide me with her last name and address to that I could sign her up with accounts at other service providers... because they don't give out their information. Guess what? I don't give mine out either, you bought it in some white trash trump wannabe deal with Racoon Refuse.

My two year contract is up the end of September. I don't know that I have ever received a bill on time. Typically the first thing I get from Tricounty is a late notice. I set up automatic payment at least twice only to get a late notice 3 months later. I actually called one time to make sure it was on auto pay and that the card was good due to getting a new card when the old was expiring. I was assured that payment was being processed and everything would be fine, only to get a late notice a month later. It took over 3 months to get the recycling bin then they rarely picked it up, so everything went in the trash. They don't want to do anything about the billing issues so when the contract is up we are done with Tricounty. Worst trash collection I've ever dealt with. Should get 0 stars.

Overall experience went very well.

They are always on time and really good. They let me have the dumpster for an extended period of time. They sometimes take on additional garbage at no cost. They got the dumpster as close to the basement door which was a big help. Every time I have called they have been helpful to me. Their prices are not so bad.
