Joe is very honest and thorough. I was told by a different plumber that I needed a new hot water tank. I bought one and then hired Joe to install it. Before removing the tank I was told was unfixable, he took a look at it, tested the wiring, found the problem, and fixed it. Saved me hundreds of dollars. I will put his number on speed dial! Excellent.

I had asked for an itemized statement & got one stating what he had done. I, however, do not know what he charged for a house call, if he did & what his labor charge was. He merely handed me an itemized list of what he & partner had done with the amt of what he wanted. Those two questions were left unanswered & not on my statement; which I would like to have seen/known. Did work quickly & resolved my sewer back up. Was professional & left no mess.

He was very prompt, came when I called, a God send - as it was late afternoon on Christmas eve and I had 2 backed up sinks in my kitchen.. Joe was extremelt professional in assessing the damage, quoting a price,and repairing a MAJOR and was here iwirhin an hour ! The exterior sewer line collapsed! Joe got the equipment here promptly and repairs were made! Highly recommend Littleton Plumbing and Drain!

I called for a drain cleaning. He started to look through the drain with a camera and I asked him if he was going to use the water jet to clean it out. He said it wasn?t working and he just pushed some debris out with the camera. If I had known that he could not do the job as it should have been done I would have hired someone else. $100 for nothing more than a cursory job.
