Aey Plus Flooring

Staff came & measured carpet for a hallway & entry way Gave Company desposit . Assured x 3 that the carpet would be in on 7/9/15 in spite of the Holiday. Company would call on to schedule installation. Waited til 7/10 & no contact from Company. Called on 7/10 told they would on call on Monday to schedule installation. No call on Monday. Called Company on 7/13 & told flooring schedule was being done & Company would call on Tuesday. Again no call, had to call Aey Plus. An unfriendly female informed me that installation would be on Monday,7/29/15 & crew would arrive between 9-9:30 am. Company just scheduled a time,never bothered to contact us to see if that timeframe worked. Monday,7/20/15 arrived & no crew or carpet showed up. At 9:45 am called office to check on status of crew. No answer.left message for requested update. NO response 30 min later. Called Jeff's cell phone & explained to him what had occurred.He was seemed very surprised & state that the carpet was no in & would not be til end of the month. He would check on things & get back to us. At this point requested cancellation of order & return of deposit. After no response for 2 weeks called & again had to leave a message. Continues to be response. Company kept deposit. This company spent 30 minutes on the day of measuring for carpet telling us how highly rated they are how they are number #1. I simply stated 'Don't tell me, prove it.' Response from Jeff was 'We will' Had already had one contractor walk away from an unfinished renovation, Jeff knew this. Aey Plus Flooring did prove one thing-They are absolutely not #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Won't ever use or recommend AEY Plus Flooring to anyone!!!!!! Amazing how companies who treat customers this way stay in business. If it happens once,it will again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so pleased. The owner Jeff explained everything and did say I would probably have to wait until we got a dry spell. Concrete holds moisture. I was patient and it really paid off. Vince, the installer, was really meticulous and did a beautiful neat job. I'm fussy and I don't hesitate to give negative reviews to those who deserve them. AEY PLUS FLOORING, however, is in the A+ class. I tell everyone what a great job they did!!!

It went great!!!! Vince the installer was very meticulous and really took his time doing it right. The owner Jeff was the first person I had contact with in regards to the job and he explained that I would have to wait because of all the rain we had been having in Grove City. I was happy to do so because I wanted it done correctly and I was not disappointed. Concrete holds moisture and that was the reason for the wait. My neighbors, also, think it's a great job. Could not be more pleased!!!!

Floor was delivered on time. Job was completed in 4 days.
