Description of Work: I recently moved to the area and needed to find a company for garbage collection. My search yielded very few options. I'm fact, Waste Management appeared to be the only one. Their service so far has been great, however their pricing is ridiculously high. They charge $33/mo (including tax). This includes one of their 93 gallon totes. I had basically the same service with WM in Michigan and their monthly fee for that area was around $16/mo. Just goes to show what competition(or lack there of) does to keep a company honest.

Description of Work: Had them for over 20 years. No problem, except expensive with prices always rising. Moved so cancelled auto payments and phoned them to cancel service. Now they claim no record of call and charging me $130 for services they never performed. I had no trash to pick up as we moved. I understand they they had to drive by my house, but they drive by anyway on their route. I had no garbage to pick up. Why bill me $130 for nothing? Especially with over 20 years of always paying our bills and on time, even automatically paying!!

+ -1 moreI have had refuse providers that I would have to call every week to remind them they passed my house. They would always come back and pick up for me (except one time) but who wants to call every week to tell them? Waste Management always delivers their service!
Description of Work: Best refuse company around! PROMPT, RELIABLE SERVICE, at a little higher price than individual local companies. The cost is worth it.
