+ 10 moreThis was a summer cottage so had many months to do it right. His creativity and attention to detail were excellent. If I got a call suggesting a change or improvement, there was no hesitation on his motives. The final house would qualify for "this old house renovation." Very satisfied with work!
Description of Work: Totally renovated a 1400 square foot cape cod cottage. Added two dormers on front and on on back. Replaced roof and added 6 skylights. Removed old siding and replaced new vinyl siding. Stripped house down to studs and rebuilt from basement to second floor. New insulation, plasterboard, doors and trim. Built 2 fireplace fronts and one mantel. New stairs to basement. Laid new kitchen floating floors and 3 bathroom ceramic floors. Installed all fixtures and appliances. Removed one sliding glass door and reinstalled it in another part of the house.
