When i called and within an hour i had two men out. That was excellent. They came and did what they said they are going to do. Their price was reasonable.

They are always friendly, and arrive on time. They always are quick to come out when there is and emegerncy, and they fix the problem quickly and for a fair price.

We have a contract with GHAC to come in several times a year and service our specialty indoor pool equipment. The service call went as scheduled and it gives us the peace of mind we can count on a company like GHAC to take care of every detail.

Excellent service by a very knowledgeable technician. He was very polite and informative and conscientious. GHAC is my new heating and cooling company.

It was absolutely the most fabulous service that I have ever used. I signed up with them for their monthly services. They make sure to remind you by sending you a card to get a hold of you. They schedule to service your air conditioner in the summer and your heater in the winter which is the best part of being on that program. Also, it costs the same but the benefit is that if I go to my mother's house and the heat is out, I could call them and there would not be any emergency charge for them to come out because sometimes, when you are out, it is very hard to get somebody to come. Their price is unbelivably excellent as breaking down the price to $18.75 a month really helps my mother. It makes it so much easier and she would not think about not having them do the air conditioner on any month. She said that it was wonderful when she heard about the cost. They come with all the technology. The gentleman that she had coming out previously was great and I loved him but he did not have all the equipments. He would say that he did not have the equipment and that he had to order it. He would then say that he had to come back and he would try to patch it together. It was just hell but they come with everything. If they don't repair then they don't repair it but if it is a piece of equipment that they service, then they have all the equipments in their office and they bring it all with them. For example, if you need a capacitor, they have it with them and it is not like they have to order it which will take a week. My mother is blind and I have to come back down. I made four trips one year just for the heating which is ridiculous, to get into a country and get into something like that. They are so fabulous. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I thought it was great and they were very concise. I liked that they put me on a maintenance plan and will come in twice a year. They come in the summer to check out the whole air conditioning system and in the winter they do the heating system. It is more preventative maintenance. He spent at least 3 hours on my system and what he charged me was minimal. It was just fabulous. I watched them the entire time. I was blown away by the amount of the bill for the time that he spent. The entire experience was excellent. He explained everything. My husband is an engineer and he shook the capacitor and knew that it was about to go. It was excellent. They were very professional and they even told me about an energy rebate that I could get. He even brought the form. I would definitely use them in the future. They are my heating people.
