I was told that I needed four �bands� on one wall to prevent further cracks. When the job was completed the bill added up to another thousand dollars because they installed a total of nine �bands� at a cost of $375 each. The discharge pipe for the water conditioner was cut off when they moved the conditioner after speaking with the conditioner installer. The conditioner installer reconnected the pipe at a cost of $130.55, which I took off the basement contractor�s bill. I have since noticed that a drain pipe for my inside sink was also disconnected when the basement contractor worked on the outside drain that is connected to the sump
