Mr. Stevenson responded very promptly and an appointment was made for the next day. He arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem. Everyone should be so professional.

I called, was able to come within 2 business days. Had parts in truck. Replaced broken part and suggested another part to help keep dryer running for many more "years". Vacuumed out entire dryer and replaced part all within 40 minutes. All while carrying on a very pleasant conversation. You don't get service like that anymore, Very reasonable..

He arrived and assessed the situation. I needed a new ignitor in my 30+year old Tappan Gas Stove. I was impressed that he had the part with him in his van. No need to order the part and come back to replace it. He completed the task in 25 minutes from the time he arrived (6:35pm) until the time he left (7:00pm). His is very knowledgeable and professional.

Mr Stevenson was very cordial, knew what he was doing and got job done as soon as he got the parts. He did an outstanding job. Gas range working very well.

Mr. Stevenson explained the situation. He diagnosed it quickly, and went to work. It was a frozen drain in the freezer that wasn't allowing moisture from the defrost cycle to drain properly It didn't require any replacement parts. He was here less than an hour.

The gentleman arrived, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, came back when it came in and fixed my washer!!! He was amazing and it cost 25% of what some other company quoted me! Thank you so much!!

Everything was good. Bob came on a Friday and figured out what was wrong and needed fixed. He was back the following Thursday with the parts and the washer works great. Bob was on time for both appointments. Great customer service!

He's a great guy, very honest. He tells you if your appliance is shot or if it's worth fixing. He's just a very honest, hardworking guy. I have a washer/dryer that's 23 years old, like built with the washer and he came in and I thought I have to replace it. He said, "Although that's only like a $10 part..." He said, "I can fix that". He said, "You won't get a new washer that last you that long". So, he's real honest about that kind of stuff. It was just make a box. He is just right here within two days. He's very professional too.

He showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and explained the problem to me. He had the part on hand to make the repair and had everything working in about 30 minutes. I will definitely call him again the next time we have an appliance that needs repaired.

The repairman arrived within the designated time slot. He started to work and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He had the needed part with him, and he installed it and tested the washing machine in less than a half-hour. The machine has been working normally after the repair.

He's been doing this for a while. Sometimes you explain to him what's wrong and he knows where the problem is. He does not try to gouge you. The condenser of mu refrigerator was bad and he said it's going to cost too much to fix it, so go buy a new one.

I've used Stevenson Appliance Repair in the past but it had been many years since I've needed an appliance repair. I called them to schedule a service call and Bob called me a few hours after I left a message for him. We set it up so that he would come between 12:00 and 1:00 on Thursday, December 5, 2013. He arrived about 11:50 AM, earlier than the scheduled time. He quickly got to work and looked at the garbage disposal first and determined that I'd need a new one, that the old one couldn't be repaired. I was pretty sure of that myself before he even looked at it. He gave me the price for installing the new garbage disposal and that the labor would be cheaper if he did it while he was here and that it would cost more if he had to come back again. I told him that it would depend on what it cost to fix the refrigerator whether I'd be able to do the disposal or not. I was worried that the problem with the fridge might have been the compressor because when it comes to anything to do with me, it's usually the worst possible scenario. LOL But I got lucky this time and it was a burned out relay on the compressor and not the compressor itself. I was ecstatic! Bob gave me the price to fix the fridge and install a new garbage disposal and the total of the two was less than it would have been had I needed a new compressor for the fridge. He went out to the truck and brought in the new relay and garbage disposal and quickly went to work. He explained everything he was doing and was very quick and efficient in his work. He was only here about an hour and 20 minutes and I'm very happy to once again have use of my garbage disposal and a working refrigerator in the kitchen and not have to go down into the garage to get something out of the fridge. If you live in the Greensburg area, and you need service on any appliances, I highly recommend that you call Stevenson Appliance Repair.

He was very busy, but found a way to come to my home and check the refrigerator. He did not have the equipment to add a compressor, which he diagnosed as the problem. He was extremely nice and did not charge me. I would definitely use him in the future and would recommend him.

I called Stevenson's Appliance and left a message. Got a call back the same day. Made an appointment for service. He dismantled the frig and determined that it was not repairable and explained why. He put it back together. Then he repaired the freezer. He also took a look at my stove and gave me options for repairs on it as well at no extra charge. I will call use his services again.

It was the day before Thanksgiving and my refridgerator wasn't getting cold. We called Mr. Stevenson and he came out that day. That was the second time we used their services to fix that refridgerator. Prior to that our ice maker stopped working. Both times they were able to fix the refridgerator and we were completely satisfied.

He replaced a valve. He is great. I have called him and he has walked me through fixing some things over the phone. He always calls back right away. He takes his time to make sure the job is done right. He is very reasonable in price.

Great experience. Came out the same day that I called, he was in and out with the complete repair in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Robert was great. He worked with our home warrenty and was very proffesional. He knew how to handle it like a pro. He took off his shoes when he came in the house and was very nice to my kids.

They were very quick to respond, I called him Thursday he came out on Friday. He tries to fix things for the minimal cost that he possibly can. He is very handy as far as he can fix the dishwasher, the washer and dryer, I've had him here for the refrigerator, tv, he really is good. He saved us 1000 dollars to buy a new washing machine.
