Things took longer to do than what I thought they should to have done. I think we paid two or three hundred dollars to have a sink replaced. We told them we knew what we what we wanted to do and the guy says, well with the time that were paying for that they would only be able to get the one up top but then it turned out it took longer than that because we ended up paying for an additional three hours and to me it shouldn't take that long. I use to do this kind of work. I'm just not able to anymore. We had problems with it. The faucet, the lines going in had a drip to it so we had to call them back out and they did make it right.

The young man worked steady and carefully so as to not to damage the products. He was very pleasant and followed the suggestions I made. This provider is primarily a painter and can not do electrical wiring or plumbing. If you need these services you best go some wareelse.

The owner was very persistent in trying to resolve my issues with the first visit. He contacted me over and over again until I was able to schedule. He came here himself and finished everything up, and then some. Definite A for this alone. He really cares about his business and customers. He did most of the repairs himself.

Two young men showed up as scheduled. I showed them what I wanted them to do. They tackled each of the projects immediately diligently effectively and left. I wish all projects when this well and as easy. These young men were fantastic and I gave them another project and am waiting for a quote

We contracted for the painter to come out on a Tuesday and fix several spots of peeling paint. On Monday, we were out from 1PM until 9:30 PM. We found a message on our answering machine that was totally garbled. Two of us tried several times to understand it. Finally we did extract a phone number from the message. We checked our records and found it was the painter who was due the next day. We assumed the message was confirming that he was coming. When the painter did not show up, we called the office and were told that, since we didn't call to confirm, that they assumed that we no longer wanted him. I have seen many doctors recently. Most call several days ahead to confirm an appointment. If a message is left, it is always "call if you can't make the appointment". This group waited until the last minute to call and then cancelled on us because we couldn't understand the message. DO NOT use this group!

They cleaned our home with a smile and worked very efficiently which enabled them to complete everything I asked them to do. They were not only pleasant, but they were very careful not to damage anything as they cleaned.

I scheduled using Angie's list messaging. They didn't show up. Didn't call to cancel. When I tried to call no one answered the first 2 times. When I tried again later a girl answered, I told her what was wrong and she said she'd call back....no call back. I called again this morning and no answer. Getting my money back, this is ridiculous. P.S. The website doesn't work either.

The level of service I received from Spotless Solutions was exemplary. This is a company that takes professionalism seriously. The employees are courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. We hired Spotless Solutions to remove old carpet, make repairs, plaster, paint and clean our house before it went on the market. Within 3 days the work was completed! Spotless Solutions is the "SOLUTION"....

I called Spotless Solutions in early July after closing on our new home for painting and a number of handyman tasks. Mike came out the very next morning for an estimate. It was hard to get on their schedule and to have everything completed all at once as they are very busy but the quality of the work has been great so far. I've had people comment on what a nice painting job they did, and they were also great about helping solve additional problems we keep discovering in our new home. All in all it's been great working with Spotless Solutions.

I am frustrated with this vendor as I took a day off work for the first scheduled visit and moved furniture for the second visit. My job is still not done.

I tried for two years to get my windows washed. I contacted him, Angie List's Rep contacted and nothing. I want my money returned; I purchased a Big Deal.

I purchased this on the 6th and there has been no contact besides a few e-mails. I would have liked a specific time for them to come over and there wasn't any. I am no longer interested in them doing the job.

Perfect. That was the 2nd time I used Spotless Solutions. I have an appointment Aug 18 for them to paint my house next. That will be the third time I've used their services in 6 months.

This company is terrific. I originally hired them for a Big Deal and liked them so much that I hired them to do additional work. The employees are punctual, courteous, and do an excellent job. I will be using them again in the near future.

Nick was wonderful. He was efficient, courteous - totally professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. My only complaint is that it was sometimes hard to get in touch with the Spotless Solutions people. Part of the problem lay with me but I had to call them more times than I think I should have. Finally, I asked to have the handyman arrive at 8:00 and instead he arrived after 9:00. They told him 9:00 so it wasn't his fault. They need to coordinate better but, with the quality of the work, I'd definitely use them again.

He was great...installation of toilet went smoothly and he fixed a screen door that wouldn't close properly. Only regret was that we had another toilet that was partially clogged and he said if he had his snaking tool with him he could have fixed it. But unfortunately he did not. It would have been good to get that taken care of, but his service and professionalism was excellent.

All went well. Service provider was polite and professional. Did not have the correct equipment to complete hinges in the best fashion but suggested I get additional material and have it done again in the future.

The big deal service from Spotless Solutions was good. We didn't spend anything more than the big deal price. I thought that the actual service was fine. Communication with them was difficult in trying to get it scheduled. They were good it is just that it wasn't very timely. The work that they did turned out good.

Took less than 3 hours, so said he could add some time to future purchases.

Honestly? I was very impressed with the work done. He was quick, efficient, incredibly polite and honest. The work he performed made my carpets look brand new and I didn't think that was even going to be possible. (The carpets were very illustrative of the fact I own three dogs) Upon seeing the completed work I was so floored (ha get it?) that I told my parents and a few friends about his work. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Spotless Solutions! :) We will use you again in the future for sure!

I don't think I got a bargain. They were professional. I didn't need them when they came but there were a couple of things I wish they would have mentioned to me.
