Description of Work: Did some drywall patching and repair. Will use them in the future for wallpaper removal and additional patching. Negative: they seem to be very busy so are very difficult to reach. One time I called no one answered and their voicemail box was full.

Description of Work: Siding power wash. They did a high-quality job and were very professional.

Description of Work: Extremely professional. We spoke on the phone on a Tuesday. He drove to my house within 1 hour of our initial call to make sure that he would be able to perform that work that I wanted and was able to get the job done on Thursday. I wouldn't hesitate to use the services again.

Description of Work: They recaulked my windows and doors. Everything went very smoothly. no mess, no fuss. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Staff of Spotless Solutions painted my living room which had not been done for many years. They were professional, efficient and pleasant. Would not hesitate to request their services in the future.

Description of Work: They removed the exterior shutters from my home. The shutters were cleaned, repaired, spray painted. The contractor then reinstalled the shutters with all new hardware. They finished the job same day. The shutters look like new.

Description of Work: The guys were on time. They did a good job. It cost me $200-$300 more because 1) uncharge for super high walls and 2) it took longer than I anticipated. The guys were not dilly dallying so the time and all was fair. I would hire them again. (I have no idea how their prices compare to others.)

Description of Work: Very clean and professional. When they were done painting they even offered to sweep my floor, I would hire this company again without question.

Description of Work: Painted three small rooms, a very small bathroom, a small kitchen and a very small third bedroom. I provided the paint. Overall, the two workers that came did a good job, although, I had to clean several paint spots off of kitchen cabinet doors and bedroom and bathroom doors. I had purchased a special on Angie's list for 4 hours work for two painters or 8 hours for one painter. The time went over by an hour and a half so I did pay for the extra time. I would have preferred someone to have come out before the actual day of the job to give me an estimate as to how much paint I would need and how much time the job would take. | |Communication with the scheduler was problematic. I sent her several e-mails thru Angie's list. There was an initial response and then I sent two more emails with no response. I finally called and was told there was something wrong with Angie's list server. We scheduled a date on the phone. A day before I called to see what time they would be arriving, the scheduler said she did not have me on the schedule. I had taken time off work to be there. When we set up the second date, the painters did show up. |

Description of Work: They dusted furniture, swept, vacuumed carpet, mopped, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen. It went pretty well. Some little things were looked over, but overall, they were not bad services at all.

Description of Work: I placed an order on 7/14/2015 for handyman services. No reply from vendor. Sent email, no reply. Called 412-478-7384. Mail box full.Contacted Angie's List customer service 7/29.They stated they contacted vendor and requested they contact me. No contact.On 7/30 left a msg with name and cell phone. No return call.On 8/21 I call Spotless again left a msg. No response. I called later in the day and co rep told me this was their first contact with me and they were scheduling into October. I declined services due to poor customer service and very poor response time. I emailed Angie's List customer service. Requested a refund to my credit card. Awaiting response. |

Description of Work: They cleaned my three bathrooms, ran sweeper in all 4 bedrooms and rest of house. They dusted picture frames and cleaned kitchen stove and wiped counters and cleaned hardwood floors. They used my chemicals and my sweepers at my request.
