Description of Work: Used them for a few minor handyman projects: hanging a heavy mirror and reattaching a closet light that came loose from the ceiling. Did a great job but charge for an entire hour even when work was completed in less than 1/2 hour. I needed the work done and so it was worth it. I will use them again.

Description of Work: We used them for their handyman services to hang new shutters. We told them they may need new clips as one of the originals had fallen down. The worker they sent was very nice, just inexperienced. One set was hung upside down. They used glue instead of clips and 3 sets fell within 3 days. They came out again quickly, however, just tried the glue again instead of clips. Again, shutters fell off within days. When contacted he was going to send someone out again, but use the same process of glue. We told him no. He didn't offer to refund any of our money.
