Mike was accommodating to our busy schedules. He arrived when he was supposed to. He was respectful to our home by removing shoes when entering and keeping the door shut to prevent paint fumes from moving to the whole house. They were efficient and the paint job looked great. They were able to edge the baseboards and ceiling without even taping off to further reduce the time it took to complete. We were so happy with the work, we had him come back a few weeks later to do another room.

Cleaners were scheduled for 9am, and arrived an hour late. During that time, I repeatedly tried to reach the company at their listed number, but only got an answering machine. I eventually gave up, and was getting into my car to leave when the cleaner arrived. He was surprised that I would not let him in to clean, after arriving so late. I also got a call from the company later, and they wanted to know why I wouldn't let them clean after they showed up so late. I have no idea about what the quality of the cleaning would have been. I selected them based on good reviews on Angie's list. I can easily see this being an isolated incident, and I hope they've learned to contact their customers if/when they are late in the future. On the plus side, we asked last minute if we could change the date (we ended up not doing so), and they were willing to... I appreciated their flexibility and friendliness.

I had a great experience with Mike and his brother (I think). He was very agreeable to my specs and prompt in response. When we got to a glitch with the paint, we were able to work out an acceptable solution due to his flexibility and skills. I am now using his company for housecleaning. Working with him and his wife has been a pleasure.

Best rug cleaning experience I have ever had ~

I cannot express properly how pleased I am with Spotless Solutions. They should be called "Spotless Service." Mike Flick (owner/operator) and Brandon, his technician, were very courteous and thorough with their work. My 1832 home presents some difficulties when cleaning windows, specifically with height, individual casement panes, and leaded windows. These guys take their job seriously and it shows in the finished product. My windows look wonderful for Christmas. The front of my home sits a few feet from the road and so the windows receive a high amount of grime from vehicle exhaust, dirt, and anything else that drifts against them so a good, professional cleaning was needed. I paid about $30 in addition to the contracted $75 Angie's List price which was fair as the guys had to travel about 50 miles each way, which was more than the allotted mileage by about 20 each way. So, Spotless Solutions is more than willing to travel to you if you are willing to pay them appropriately. I also liked the fact that this appears to be a family-run business with the whole gang involved. You don't see that much these days. In addition, Spotless Solutions offers many other types of services in several disciplines. My only qualm was that the guys were about 2 hours behind on their stated latest show time but hey, that is part of the business sometimes and if it means good work for me, I don't mind it. I am rarely on time, myself, and I am certain they are as well more often than not. I highly recommend Spotless Solutions and I will use them again, likely for multiple services. Give them a try!

Their cleaner arrived on time and worked non-stop to finish the job. Purchased Angie's List specials of carpet cleaning and exterior window cleaning (I emailed questions prior to purchase and a response was made within hours). I was contacted very quickly to schedule the fulfillment of the purchases. I also scheduled for an estimate for housecleaning services. Michael came out did a walk-through, taking notes, asking and answering questions. He provided an estimate at that time and was able to accomodate additional services I requested. He was very willing to work with me and accomplish my cleaning needs. The windows, sills, and screens were cleaned (although they did have to come back to finish the exteriors due to inclement weather). Carpet was cleaned but with a commercial version of a rug doctor machine, not a truck mounted cleaner (such as Service Master or Stanley Steamer). Overall they are very professional and did a nice job. I have scheduled biweekly general housecleaning.

Purchased a Deal from the List. The price was very good, and the work outside was also very good. Michael F. was polite and very easy to deal with.

Our house needed the exterior windows to be cleaned for quite some time. I purchased a deal last year from another cleaner on Groupon and ended up cancelling it because I couldn't get a hold of anyone for MONTHS after the purchase. Mike with Spotless Solutions called me within a week or two to schedule our window washing and was able to come out here within a very reasonable time frame. Scheduling was easy and his staff was really nice on the phone. I had a doctor's appointment when they came out an hour or so early, but they were able to do the work without me here. I was actually shocked that they made it out here earlier than scheduled because it always seems like you're waiting around all day for service providers to show up, so it was no problem at all. I came home to totally spotless windows that look great. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future for this and other services. Thanks, Mike!

They were polite, on time, clean, and efficient. The carpets still look great. We will continue to use them. I know they offer many other services, we just did not need them at that time. I would refer them to friends, family, and others
