He pulled up in a two door car, not a truck. I expected something like Stanley Steamer, with a big truck or something similar. He brought something that could've easily been rented from a grocery store. His machine did not have the capability to clean the carpets. All he did was push dirt all over the place. It looks like it hasn't even had work done. Additionally, he sweated all over the carpet while working and kept his dirty shoes on. I told him I would never hire him again and am very unhappy.

I spoke with Spotless Solutions and requested a 2 hour deep cleaning with 2 people for a house we were moving into on June 29th. I scheduled for the day before we were to move in. I mentioned over the phone that the house was very dirty and I would be willing to pay extra for extra cleaning time to ensure that the house was deep cleaned completely from top to bottom. She ensured me that this wouldn't be a problem and would most likely only take 2 hours, but if it took 4 hours she would let me know. I went to the house after the cleaning and immediately noticed that the house didn't appear clean, every corner of the windowsills, baseboards, and closet shelves were still dirty, dust in every corner I touched. Top shelves of closets were not cleaned at all. After walking around the house without our shoes on (because I assumed the floors were cleaned) I noticed that my feet, my husband's feet, and my son's feet were almost black. The kitchen cabinets were not fully cleaned and the refrigerator had not been cleaned. Overall, the house appeared to have been quickly cleaned without any "deep cleaning". I immediately called Spotless Solutions to complain and she offered to come back the next day to clean before the movers arrived. I showed both people who came back some of the dirty corners and explained what I had found. They said that the dust in the air could have settled back down on the windowsills (really?). They also informed me that they only had gone over shelves with a dry cloth (I had mentioned twice previously how dirty the house was and how a deep clean was needed). They offered to clean the kitchen floor again and the corner areas I had pointed out. After they were done I did not have time to inspect every area before the movers were arriving. I trusted that they had re-cleaned and asked if they had also done the upstairs (closets, shelves, etc.). I was assured that they had been. I was also asked to pay on the spot $135 instead of the $116 she had quoted for 2 hours of service. I paid and thanked them for coming back out so quickly. Of course, after they left I realized they had only rewiped the corners which I had specifically shown on the first floor, not every area that I was still dirty. They did not even go upstairs. Overall, it was the worst "deep cleaning" I had ever seen. I had to re-clean every surface (entire kitchen cabinets, closet shelves, baseboards, windowsills) and the cloths I used were covered in dirt. I completely wasted $135 and will NEVER use them again.

It went very smooth from beginning to end. They called back within hours every time I called with questions. They came to do the job on time and were very nice and did a beautiful job. I asked for bids for other jobs in the future and the bids were sent to me in 2 days. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent! The men arrived right on time. There were 5 the first day, and then 3 to finish up the second day. All were incredibly professional and I couldn't believe the amount of work they got done in that time. The painting was spot on, very well done. I would absolutely hire them again. The owner was very easy to work with. In addition to all the inside painting, I originally wanted my old shutters cleaned and painted as well. But they were so old they were crumbling so that plan obviously went out the window. The owner found me almost identical shutters and hung them up for me and managed to work it so the price remained quite reasonable.

Brandon was professional, friendly and helpful. He did a fantastic job. I highly recommend, and couldn't be happier with the company or the job he did! Thanks for the fantastic work!

Fast, but not thorough. I paid for cleaning services because I wanted someone else to do the hard scrubbing that I always neglect. They did not do that level of cleaning. Just one example: they mopped around throw rugs and other small obstacles instead of moving them out of the way. One of them was texting on her phone every time I walked into a room where she was "working" (I was surprised to learn she was the business owner; she didn't have half the hustle her colleague did). They could be useful if you have a big space that needs to be cleaned quickly. I would not recommend them if you want thorough, professional cleaning service.

Never returned my call to schedule an appointment

Although steam wasn't used, I think the carpeting was well cleaned. Each area was done thoroughly. Total time taken was around 90 minutes. The carpeting was dry in about 2 hours.

First, I want to apologize for taking to long to send this. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job. (Before painting could begin a primer was needed.) We make it a point to show everyone the great job they did. We don't hesitate to let family and friends kinow how much we appreciated the excellent job they did. They were very professional. Mike made sure all was cleaned up before leaving. We will call them again as we continue to remodel each room. Thanks Mike and crew!

The guys from Spotless Solutions arrived ready to work. They are neat, polite, friendly...and do great painting. There were some charges above the Angie's list special that I incurred knowingly and had agreed to beforehand. Well worth every penny! I would use them again.

It went well. They arrived on time and put 2 coats on all surfaces. The only issue was they stated there was a clause concerning high ceilings in the fine print of the deal that was not in my fine print. They accepted that and did not add charges for the high filing in the hallway

We had a snafu the first time we were scheduled, and it was all on our end. My wife works from home, and I am back in school, so we were both home, however, I woke up with complete laryngitis and my wife ended up slammed busy with work, and unable to try and direct the guys. We had to cancel once they were here and reschedule. Spotless worked with us to get back out here ASAP to handle the job. Once they were here, they were awesome. They told us how much paint to get for all the jobs and we did not have tons left over. They took extreme care to ensure everything was covered, and if there was any dripping, they cleaned it up immediately. They checked with us during the job to ensure it was all going as we liked, and allowed for a very through walk-through upon completion. When we pointed out one or two very minor misses, things my wife and I "really" had to be nitpicky to find, they fixed them promptly and apologized. We are both so very happy with the work provided. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of some painting around the house.

Responded to deal setup quickly. Two painters were in the deal, day before they confirmed that four painters would be coming for four hours, instead of two for eight hours but the next day three painters came for five and one half hours. This was okay. Painters were painting at second home that is up for sale, which is furniture free. Called to ask me for permission to paint overtime for an additional fee. Worked one hour over. Three additional fees were added on, a high ceiling overage fee, a one hour overage fee and a mileage overage fee. Deal was for $425. Ended up being $665.00. Painted rooms looked fine upon drying. Cleanup was done satisfactorily. Michael Flick, the owner painter, called to tell me he also painted my dingy front door on the inside and the heat registers which were also dirty. He did this without permission. They needed painting but I had other paint set aside to do these myself at a later date. Didn't know how much paint to buy. Ended up buying twice as much needed at an additional $150 cost to me. Asked how much paint to buy and answers seemed vague. All in all the painted rooms and hallways were done satisfactory. Professional job was done.

It went very well. Good contact with owners who were participants on both jobs. A great deal of care was taken. They we sure we were happy with the job before leaving. Professionalism and concern for doing a good job was evident throughout their time in our home. Would not hesitate to recommend them to their next customer and we wish them the best.

I found Spotless Solutions through an Angie's List Big Deal for two painters for 8 hours for $399. Pros: work was well done, our walls and ceilings look great. The ceiling of one of the rooms was painted in such a way that the new white ceiling paint was faded in with the original ceiling rather than completely painted. This was done very well and I can hardly see the transition. Once they arrived, the crew was professional, explaining options and details as necessary. They laid down drop cloths and were careful not to get paint on our furniture. I had specified that I wanted clean straight lines and that is what I got. I cared the most about the ceiling to wall border, and Spotless Solutions made that line very straight. Minor holes were patched. Mike, in particular, was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. When we agreed on the job (see "What did the provider do" section), Michael brought a crew of four for four hours rather than two for eight hours. I appreciated this solution and the final work. The job went a little over in time, which explains the final cost we paid, but the crew was seen working diligently throughout and they did a very good job. Cons: the communication to set up the appointment was difficult. This is understandable given that this is a smaller business and their work schedule, but I thought I should point this out. We ended up playing some phone tag, which is partly my fault. However, I felt that the majority of times I was calling back to see if we agreed on terms and whether or not we actually had an appointment scheduled. A few minor issues: The quarter-round and trim bordering the floor was edged by hand. In places there is paint made its way onto the floor. Something like paperboard or painter's tape might have prevented this, but given how quickly the job was completed this is probably to be expected. In one of the rooms there were tiny paint flecks, as one might imagine would "spray" off of a fast moving roller. There are a few missed spots - one area just above a light switch was left unpainted, and one of our bedroom closets was missed. The closet, though, is easy to miss because it sits behind a door. Overall, I would recommend Spotless Solutions for painting.

Its was great!! They did a really good job!! I do think they rushed the painting some which may have caused a few hick ups but they took care of everything!! Very pleased and would for sure hire them again

The deal was good and they did a nice job. They were very efficient, they came on time and they house looks great.

Arrived about 1 hour late due to finishing up another job. Excellent job. Tried without the extra cut detergent first to save us some money, but we ended up needing it. Charged only for time actualy pressure washing - not setup or cleaning.

Mike spent 1 1/2 hours on my sofa and ottoman even though there were no stains. He stated it really wasn't that dirty. But after he was done it just looked and felt so clean and refreshed. That sofa gets a lot of use. He also cleaned the stairs and entire second floor carpets. He did a spectacular job on everything! I would highly recommend this company because of their professionalism and quality of their work.

Initially the power washing wasn't working on the gutters. Mike and his assistant cleaned the gutters by hand. This did take a little extra time but was well worth the cost since we were planning on listing our house for sale. Everything was a bright white again. I highly recommend this business for their professionalism, quality of work and honesty. It was truly a pleasure.

Mike was very professional, he did a great job on one of my large apartments, over 10 rooms. He showed up on time and was able to bring life to the walls, ceilings, closets, and registers. His crew was also very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is planning to have their painting needs completed, and want high quality painting done. Definitely would use for future painting projects.

Well. I had screens in most windows and didn't realize that I had to remove them therefore I told the guys to just squirt them with soapy water and then rinse. The windows that didn't have screens looked great.
