They came out and cleaned my carpets. I was not happy with the results and they came back and re-cleaned them. The second time they came out, I was a satisfied with the results.

The guy was very nice, but don't think that carpet cleaning is their best service. Not everything was moved and cleaned under and around. I will stick with companies who do carpet cleaning as their primary service in the future. Have had other services done by Spotless Solutions that were fine.

It did not turn out very well, I could have done it myself. When you request a professional carpet cleaning would you expect them to bring a truck in and something better than a rug doctor? They came with a rug doctor and I have a carpet cleaner in my basement, I could have done it myself. I first set it up for one day and they never showed and they did come with excuse that their brother who they worked with, their father died a couple of months ago and he has been having problems ever since. When you are business person, I worked in a business too. Something like that is not an excuse, if they are going to provide a product you need to provide a product. Now I understand that if there is a funeral or whatever and you can't make it call me, tell me you can't make it but if you tell me that you are going to be there at a certain time and you don't tell me you can't come and you don't show I have a problem. So we rescheduled because I thought, okay that's fine I will give you the benefit of doubt. They came and the guy pulled up with his car and had a vacuum cleaner and a rug doctor and I was not happy. Honestly, there is no reason why they should be saying as professional carpet cleaning when honestly it is not. It is professional because they are doing it to make the money that's the only reason but it is not professional quality.

Spotless Solutions is a great company. I am really happy with the paint job, and the painters that came to do the work were fantastic - friendly, professional, and careful to protect my floors and baseboards.

All in all it was pretty good. Carpets came out much cleaner. I always thought that carpet cleaners should put something underneath the legs of furniture to keep the finish on the legs from bleeding in to the damp carpet. They didn't do this. Worker was punctual and finished in an average amount of time. A pretty good value for the money. Would recommend them to others. Would suggest that they consider the furniture leg issue if they don't already do this. Maybe not necessary but would be a nice touch!

Promptly responded to e-mails. Arrived between established time frame. The gentleman was professional, curtious and personable. Carpets look great. We had had a sick dog that recently passed away. This company took time to listen to exactly the areas we wanted treated and did the job. I will pass along my experience and will call again for sure. Thanks!!

In one day and with a professional crew of five, the Spotless Team completed the project in one day. Priced at $1499 for two rooms, the trim and ceiling were an extra $950. We purchased the trim paint. Before their arrival, we removed curtains and akward/in the way furniture.

First, they did not show up to the first appt. Second, when they did show, it was only a rug doctor. I could have done that! |

They did an excellent job. They communicated on a consistent basis, confirmed scheduling was convenient. They explained in detail the painting process and asked if there were any ceiling repairs needed. They took care of the repairs. They did have to come back to finish one area that was repaired because it didn't dry well enough to finish the work on the same day. They promptly schedule to come back and again worked with scheduling. A follow up inspection was done on both occasions to confirm we were happy with the work. We will contact them for any additional painting we get done. They also made sure to accommodate my family with their special needs while doing the work and made sure there was no dust exposure. I would give them an A+ if possible

I wasn't aware that this wasn't a truck mounted cleaning but they did a good job and I was happy with their work. I had asked for a price for painting a bedroom and I am still waiting for the estimate .

Purchased Angie's coupon for two men for eight hours each. They contacted me within 24 hours asking for available dates. Due to the high volume of coupons sold, it took a few weeks to get scheduled. They arrived on the date and time stated and instead of two men, there were four painters for four hours each. We explained what we wanted done and they went to work. We had removed the furniture from the rooms and did some prep work. They went right to work each with a prescribed job. Mike said he would advise us if additional time would be needed to finish the job. I had expected the job would take longer than the coupon covered so i was not surprised when he said two or three hours would be needed (only 2 hours and they were based on the coupon's price). They prepped areas with sparkling that I missed. They also caulked areas around the baseboard and the door to the attic which gave a much more finished look than what was there. They had drop cloths and when they left, they left the work area cleaner than what it was. They coated the walls with two coats of paint. Very pleased with the job and I would not hesitate to use them again, not only for painting, but some of their other services - plastering, high water pressure washing.

Very courteous and professional. Dirtier spots were gone over to assure complete cleanliness. Would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning.

Very Professional. Everything went great. The technician did an excellent job and took extra time on the dirtier areas. When he left, we felt like we had brand new carpets. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

The company performed as promised. The job included painting the walls, ceiling, base boards, window trim, and 2 doors. Four painters arrived on time and finished the job in a half day which was actually quicker than the owner had originally expected. this included 2 coats of paint on the walls. Extending past the half day mark would have exceeded the value of the Angies's list coupon and would have been charged at an additional hourly rate. Had the job gone over on time, the owner offered to extend the coupon rate for the extra time to complete the job. However, the crew completed the job, including clean-up in 4 hours. The crew was personable, and professional and we would not hesitate to hire the company in the future.

Booked a deal for $299 for interior painting of 3 rooms and they contacted me promptly and told me that they could not complete the job for a minimum of 2 months. This didnt work for me--who wants to wait 2 months to get interior painting done? I sent an email back to see if we could figure out something sooner, but they did not respond. Unprofessional to me.

One day the answer came in the mail when we received an offer to join Angie's List at a reduced rate. I believe the cost for access to Angie’s List was worth it. After searching her list of professional we decided upon Spotless Solution for the first project. The planning stage for the next project started while Mike (Owner of Spotless Solution) and his crew were painting our living room walls. My wife and I purchased an outside storage shed from a big box store a few years back. The individual who originally assembled the product did not do so correctly. The original foundation had weather treated plywood laid upon approximately 25 cinder blocks. The shed was about 12 inches off the ground which allowed the wind to move it. Over the years the shed went through more than its share of rain, snow and windstorms. After agreeing to a price and time for the job, Mike agreed to re-assemble the shed.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

I took the Angie's List deal of 2 painters for 8 hours and got 3 for 6 hours. The men arrived on time and, after a brief walk-thru of what we wanted done, Dan, Carl, and Frank went immediately to work. They were professional, friendly, and did a stellar job! When they were finished they gave instructions on what to do as the paint dried as far as room temperature and moisture. They left the rooms as neat as they were when they arrived. We were very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent interior painters.

The crew showed up right on time and went right to work and did a fabulous job. I will have them return for other items to do. They are an awesome company.

. All done in one day. It would have taken me three weeks. They charged me for 21 hours worked, The coupon was for 16 hrs. Very fair. Guys are pleasant and professional.

When you hire someone to come in to your home to do work - you are always apprehensive as to what you will get. I will tell you that the experience that we had with Spotless Solutions was absolutely wonderful. They arrived at our home right at the time they had told us they would be there. They were professional - neat- and a pleasure to have doing work at your home. There were 4 guys who came and in 4 hours they were completely finished and on their way. Amazing!! They even ran the sweeper. You would not of even known that we just had our home painted that is how perfect of a job they had done. I have already started telling everyone I know and I would not hesitate to for a minute to call them back to do more work for us. I had spoken to Michael's wife on the phone when we were scheduling and she was so sweet and easy to work with. They have a great company and they should be proud of their crew. Everything went well. They were punctual and professional, and they did a good job for a fair price. The carpets were in much better shape thanks to them.

The previous owners LOVED wallpaper so Michael and crew had to sand the walls to remove the glue. Let's just say it was a glue committed to sticking to the wall. As a result, the sanding required more time than usual, but it was no match against the Spotless Solutions crew. Afterwards they applied two coats of primer/paint and my walls were BEAUTIFUL! They were extremely meticulous and thorough with both the painting and clean up. They vacuumed and dusted all the areas and paints. I was so impressed with their professionalism and the end result I schedule another job! They were AWESOME! I would highly recommend them.

Purchased Big Deal - $399 for two painters for 8 hours (16 hours total) Three painters came - - Mike (owner), Carl and Dan, so hours were divided by 3. To finish the great room, I paid an extra $112.50 for 1-1/2 more hours. The bathroom was not completed; would have taken more time/money than I was willing to spend. This was not their fault - the previously unpainted paneling and old tile ceiling took more coats than expected and took longer to dry than expected. Initially scheduled for Friday 9/27, but Mike e-mailed me Thursday to say they were sick, so rescheduled for Monday 9/30. Had sent them very detailed information about the layout of the cottage in order to get good information about how much paint & primer to buy, since they were not going to come to give an estimate in person(because of the Big Deal). Ended up with one and 3/4 extra gallons of paint, so will have to find another place to use it. Cons: Two guys were frequent smokers, and although they took short smoke breaks, they took many. (I am not a smoker, so I guess I have a different perspective). A little more guidance on what could be accomplished in 16 hours, and paint purchasing would have been good - I ended up paying about $50 more than I needed to for paint, and will be finishing the bathroom myself. I asked Mike if he had read the specification sheet I had provided, and he indicated his wife handles all that. Pros: These painters were friendly and seemed knowledgeable about how to best paint the old tile ceiling and paneled walls. They moved items out of the way, and replaced them when completed, also cleaned up nicely when done. Considering this cottage was REALLY in need of updating, the work they did looks wonderful. I have no regrets in using them to get this work done, and would consider them for future work.

Mike and his crew are wonderful, and I enjoyed having them in my home. They are very professional, polite, hard working, and neat. I will use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. However, I was very surprised at the final bill. I contracted for 2 men for 1 full day of painting, or 16 hours of service for a special price of $399.00, but I had to pay an additional $484.00 at the end of the day. (They brought a 4 man crew for 8 hours each.) I was charged an additional $100 for painting the entry way because it exceeded 9 feet in height and required the use of a ladder. My home is a small 1970's split entry with a 5 x 5 x 12 entry way, so this extra cost seemed a little excessive for the amount of time required to paint such a small area. Another cost that I thought was excessive, and was not mentioned to me prior to their arrival, was the charge for travel time. I think a better overall approach is to have final pricing up front with no surprises. The price should be the price....... Overall, they did a great job, but it was a little more than I expected to pay.
