WAS A NIGHTMARE!! Run don't walk from this company! The pictures speak volumes. They did a most unprofessional job. I was leaving my "F" review when I finally received a return call from Michael Flick, owner of Spotless Solutions. I had sent emails and called many times. I told him I was leaving the review his company, Spotless Solutions, earned and he asked me to work with him in return for not leaving the bad review. I said I just wanted the room painted professionally and the window lock that was broken by his workers repaired. He said he would only charge me another $70.00! I would have worked with him if he would have worked with me. I even agreed to pay him more when I paid him already. He assured me he would work together with me but then was unresponsive. His painters from Spotless Solutions performed a shameful job and I had liked the young men. They also broke the lock on my window which I reported to the owner, Mike Flick, of Spotless Solutions immediately. The two young men were not truthful and said they did not touch it. That would have been impossible since they opened the window and it had been locked. These young men from Spotless Solutions did not replace the tape that ran the entire length of one wall. That was part of the deal. The tape was coming off. They just painted over it. They did not fill holes. They were not going to paint the closet in the room. I had emptied the room except for 3 pieces I put in the center of the room. They did not cover those pieces and in fact, used an antique make-up table to set their tools and drinks on. The closet was empty and they weren't going to paint it. They gave it one coat of paint and there is a crack running the entire length of the ceiling. They did not paint the 3 shelves in the closet. The closet was empty also and I told them they didn't have to cover the carpet because I was replacing it. They had a total of 8 hours to do this one room and closet. There are paint splatters everywhere. There is a clump of paint that fell on the trim and they left it. They used my newly remodeled bathroom to wash their brushes. They got paint on my new porcelain tile floor. They did not clean up afterward. To add to the disaster, when they left, an unopened $40.00 gallon of Valspar Signature paint was gone, too. I am left with a horrible job. It looks worse now than when they came here. I now have a broken window lock. I bought the deal in March and was scheduled for earlier in April. They pushed my appointment to April 17, 2017 and now want me to wait to May 1, 2017 to return for an additional $70.00 to do the job Spotless Solutions should have done from the beginning. The pictures below are what I described.

Hard workers, good job. A miscommunication on what was expected happened somewhere along the way but was quickly and respectfully remedied to my satisfaction. This company is great to work with, and I appreciate their professionalism.

They did a wonderful job, were on time and courteous and worked the entire time. They were careful of outside flowers and I would use them again..probably for the porch.

The two young men did an excellent job and worked hard the entire time. They were courteous and gave me a warning that they would likely exceed their previously estimated time, due to all of the trim in the room. They did a good job of keeping me apprised of the work status and cost of additional hours. The room looks beautiful and, though I ended up spending more for the work than I planned, do not regret hiring them. They finished the job in one day, whereas it would have taken me 3-4 days to do on my own. I would consider them for future painting jobs, though I would look to hire on a per job basis as opposed to hourly.

Mike and his team arrived on time and completed everything on the list in one day and within the estimate. Very nice experience.

We've had 3 jobs completed by Spotless Solutions, and can only give them the highest possible recommendation. Their work is first rate, their pricing is very fair & competitive, their attention to detail is excellent, and you couldn't ask for a nicer crew to work in your home. Any issues were quickly and satisfactorily addressed, and multiple solutions were offered to any problems. Job 1: interior painting of a rental property. Found good reviews here and on other sites, and called for an estimate; had arranged with the realtor to get in the house prior to closing, so limited availability. Ahava did the measurements, asked questions I hadn't thought of, and emailed the estimate promptly. (NOTE: some other companies did NOT show up at all). Booked the job immediately after closing; Adam & Dan were prompt, polite, did an excellent job, and tidied up before leaving each night. Did such a great job, we booked them to do some painting at our home! Job 2: repainted 2nd story deck and 12'x12' shop. Another great job by a terrific crew. Unfortunately, power washing didn't adequately remove the old deck paint, so it had to be stripped (at no additional cost). They also replaced some wood trim that had rotted. The deck and shop look brand new, and has really brightened up the exterior. Since the weather was so hot, we offered the use of our walkout basement for the crew to cool off during breaks & lunch. We had started work in the basement ourselves (lights & outlets, framing & drywall, installed a functional bathroom) and Mike asked if we planned to finish it ourselves: nope! Knew to leave that part to professionals, so Mike wrote us an estimate. Booked the next job! Job 3: finished basement (see details above): WOW. Big job, great results. Proof that when you hire for quality, you get what you pay for. Thought we wanted a dropped ceiling to avoid all the plumbing & ductwork (and be a bit cheaper), but Mike showed us photos of prior basements, and he was right; glad we agreed to the upgrade. SO happy we got proper ceilings! Adds height, light, and open feel to a dark space. The finished full bathroom is beautiful, with lots of light (no windows) and storage (custom shelves). We have a large room for entertaining and a teen hangout, a comfortable bedroom with a LARGE walk in closet, and an office with plenty of storage AND a kitchenette. The crew even worked late a couple of nights to keep the project on schedule (only after receiving our approval). Every night, the work area was swept & tools were put away, and the entire basement was cleaned at the completion of the job. They even pressure washed our patio to remove traces of plaster & paint!! Added over 1000 square feet of living space to our home, and the potential increase in value is about 4 times the investment. Planning two additional projects in the upcoming year!

Excellent. I've actually bought three deals from Spotless solutions and I'm happy every time I do it. I actually asked for them again the same guys cause they were good.

Purchased handyman deal, had to babysit them to get it scheduled (took them 6 days past purchase, they communicate 2-3 word emails - way better than a phone call, I guess?), and then on the appointed day -- no call / no show.

The Spotless Solution crew arrived early. They set up their equipment and started working. As they were cleaning one of their carpet cleaning machines was leaking water onto the carpet. Also they emptied the waste water into the bath tub. While most of the carpeted area looked a bit better (about 15%) there was still a high traffic area that remained. I feel as professional carpet cleaners this job should have been better. A RUG DOCTOR rental may have done equally as well.

Terrible. The guys who came were very slow. What should have taken 4 hours was not completed in 6 1/2 hours and I was charged more for the extra 2 1/2 hours. They told me that this painting normally takes this long because they can't go to the next room until the first room is finished which I do not agree with.

I wish that angies list or spotless solutions would have posted that they were booked for over a month before I paid my $500. Waited two weeks and still have another two weeks for my service to be performed. If I didn't already pay, I would have found someone else to do the job. Very discouraging. I hope after a month or waiting, and leaving things in boxes, with my toddler that my house is half decent after all of this. I recommend angies list to at least post a schedule. Very frustrating.

That was a tough one. It was not that they didn't do what they were supposed to. They really couldn't fix the problem and neither could the couple of other people after them. I can't really fault them. They did the other things. I wasn't like super thrilled with the caulking around the bathtub because I guess it shrinks. I don't think they put enough end so when it shrunk, it left total gap. I wasn't too thrilled with that. Overall, I have no complaints with the other things they did. There were two people that came out so it was an hour and a half. It's how that worked. They younger fellow was in a learning process and he did the caulking. The older one was the one who was more skilled. He was the one that worked under the sink trying to get that one problem fixed. He was under there in extra half hour so it cost me another half hour. He couldn't finish it and it wasn't his fault because I've had two other people afterward. Other than the caulking, it was pretty good. They did call me right away and let me know that they couldn't make it. Once we rescheduled, they showed up on time. Both of them were conscientious. They were trying to do the best they could. I didn't feel that I was taken.

My first time using Angie's List. This went better than I thought it would. I would recommend Spotless Solutions and use them again my self! The young man that came to our home was truly a professional and gentleman. He worked from start to finish at this job. He was so well organized and did such a good job, I asked him if he was the owner of the company? He was not! Spotless Solutions is lucky to have the man as employee.

We are very well pleased with the job. If I had questions,my emails were answered promptly as well. Dan and Nick are a real tribute to their company and to their generation. They were very easy to work with and had a sincere interest in accomplishing what we wanted with the least amount of disruption to our life. In a time when young people seem to feel entitled to be handed things in life, they are two young men who seem to believe in good work ethics and pulling their own weight. They never stopped working and did a fine job-not one paint splatter was found ! The work was done within the promised time line. And they cleaned up before they left. Too bad the media doesn't spend more time talking about young people like them. And it was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company-I will definitely call them again in the future.

This is the THIRD time I had these guys paint for me! The first time I hired them was through an Angie's List deal or coupon. Each time I had different guy/s painting and each time they were punctual, polite, and did a good job! Prices are competitive and communication and scheduling with the owner/s is great!
