They looked over the carpets before cleaning and pointed out areas which might be uncleanable. After the job was done they again showed us the uncleanable areas. They arrived on time and worked quickly.

Very superficial was contracted for 2 hours of 2 people and they would finish in 1 hour 10 minutes and miss item reminded me they were off to a bigger job.

Can I tell you how thrilled I am with this company? Three painters came to work on our Master Bedroom. They listened to what I wanted, and to my priorities. They got a plan together and immediately went to work - for the next 6 hours they worked steadily and professionally. They worked quietly, pleasantly and exhibited excellent teamwork. They had only good things to say about their owner Mike -- who they described as honest, good to work for, and charitable in the community. From the results I see today, I totally believe them. Spotless Solutions were polite, pleasant and communicated every step of the way. Their work was thorough and detail-oriented, and they left the house spotless when they were done. They exceeded my expectations, and did extra work on the closet when they had a little time left. Can't wait to hire them again.

They were wonderful. Of all the purchases I've made on Angie's List, they were by far the best. We had them come back to do more work. They really are spotless. They are great guys. They are reasonable. They are terrific to work with. It was a great price. It ended up being about $4000 for the whole job. They were very fast and professional. They were very likeable. They were just good guys.

The service seems to have worked out fine. They worked with my mother to set up the appointment and did a great job with the work.

everything done as expected

The guy was nice, he did do a nice job in cleaning the carpet but it was not what I thought. He showed up with carpet cleaners, he's driving a two door Acura. It was very disappointing. My carpet now even attracts more stains. I might use them for other services but not for carpet cleaning.

Spotless Solutions arrived promptly on the day that the job was scheduled. The painters were very cordial and professional. They did an excellent job and took time with the details. Cleanup was great and they left the place better than they found it. Price was very reasonable for all that they did. Without question, I would hire Spotless Solutions again!

The initial three-room special was given to my daughter as a gift. She added on ceilings and some other services for a reasonable price. We can only give very positive feedback for this company. The contact was prompt and helpful and the actual painting was perfection. We will use them again without hesitation. Will also recommend them on our plan's Facebook page. Thanks!

Two painters arrived on time. Very nice and polite guys. Overall was very satisfied with the work. My husband is very picky and he was satisfied so that's all I need to know.

The team arrived on time and finished on time. The team was very neat, quiet and polite. The paiint job was excellent. I would definitely recommend Spotless Solutions and plan on hiring them in the Spring to paint two bedrooms.

I figured they would open a can of paint and start painting. No. They are professional painters and took the time to properly prep the floors, all the walls and trim -- covered everything in plastic, spackled, caulked and sanded before they brought out the paint. I never imagined the place could look so good. Hiring pros to paint was a great decision. Hiring Mike and crew was an even better decision. Will call them again for future projects. Thanks guys.

I bought cleaning for all of my house. The equipment/process used did not seem any different than I could have rented myself. The technician stayed only an hour if that and I did not see any improvement or feeling that the carpets felt or looked cleaner. One piece of furniture that we discussed being moved - did not appear at all to have been moved in order to clean that area.

I originally bought the "Big Deal" for carpet cleaning which was advertised. I wanted to add cleaning my sofa and loveseat. The first price I was quoted via email was higher than others I saw advertised, and after negotiations (via email), we agreed upon an additional $100. I also needed to have the carpeting cleaned in my home office (located in the lower level of my home), which I indicated to the company (via email), and received a response indicating that this would be handled. The day my service was scheduled, ONE guy showed up in his own vehicle, with (what appeared to be) a portable residential Bissell carpet cleaning unit. I expressed my concern about the quality of service I would expect to receive from this type of carpet cleaning equipment, and the employee reassured me that I would be very happy with the results. The employee was UNAWARE of the additional services I had contracted with the company, but dove right in (I have to give the employee credit for the work he did with the equipment with which he was provided). ONE person cannot move the types of heavy furniture that most households contain, although this guy did his best. There was nothing put under the feet/legs/bottoms of the furniture after the cleaning, so everything sat directly on the wet carpeting, and I was not happy with that. I had some areas of the carpeting that were stained (some from pet accidents and some in the regular traffic pattern areas), and I expressed concern about these areas to the employee. He indicated that he would "treat" these areas with special stain-removing chemicals and I would be very happy with the results. It looked okay when he left (the carpeting was still wet), but after the carpeting was thoroughly dried, many of the problem areas appeared to be WORSE than before the cleaning. I don't believe the service provided was any better than I could have done myself going to to grocery store and renting a "Rug Doctor". Just yesterday, I cleaned several areas of the previously-cleaned carpeting with a portable Bissell "Spot-Bot" cleaner, and the difference between what I did and what Spotless Solutions did is like day and night. There are big round "clean" spots that are now more noticable than the original stains. I am going to have to contract to have a "professional", truck-mounted steam-cleaning unit come in to re-clean all of my carpets. Additionally, I had asked for an invoice or receipt for the extra work I paid for (in cash), but the worker told me he could not provide me with one, and that the "office" would mail one out to me within a week. I NEVER DID RECEIVE a corrected invoice. Also, I had requested an estimate for other work I wanted to have done, including painting my home office (the entire lower level of my home) and wall-papering the powder room on my first floor. The worker who was here measured everything, and assured me that I would receive an estimate for this additional work along with the invoice/receipt for the extra work I had already paid for WITHIN THE WEEK. As of this date, more than TWO MONTHS after the fact, I have received NOTHING from Spotless Solutions. This company is still advertising "specials" on Angie's List -- but they can't follow up with current/existing customers? All in all, I would rate Spotless Solutions "F" -- the only reason I gave them a "D" rating was because the worker who showed up was courteous & professional, but he only has to work with what the company provides. I would NEVER recommend Spotless Solutions to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning. As to the quality of the other services they provide, I couldn't say because they never responded to my request for an estimate.

i needed to be surprised by the quality of the work to et over delays and problems communicating. the company wanted to see pictures or some clear decriptionof the work. i'm not technologically competent so i couldn't send picture and i guess my description wasn't adequate. i kind of understood the issue and realize there was a decent distance between us. but i couldn't be more pleased with the work. the men completed two coats on the outside and one coat inside. keeping the screens stain free was especially important. again, i was pleased. yes, i will consider spotless solutions for future projects.

They painted my house and did an amazing job. The weather wouldn't cooperate (very humid) but they did what they could. Courteous, professional and careful to clean after themselves. They even vacuumed.

They were very professional. The work performed was clean and neat. Rehired them to come back and paint kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. They did a very, very nice job. There were no additional charges. I was very, very pleased with him.

i purchased 8 man hours of painting on a big deal. my screened porch needed to be restained. i viewed the job a** assistance. they would do their part and hopefully i would have less to do on my own. |we had some difficulty communicating because i'm technologically incompetent. (i couldn't send a picture of the porch.) i also understood their difficulty previewing the work because of the distance between the company and my house. |i was initially frustrated, but i couldn't be more pleased with the results. there was much more screen than wood to be stained. spotless solutions completed 2 coats on the outside and 1 coat on the inside. and my concern about blotches on the screens was unfounded. well done.

Spotless Solutions sent a team of three painters: Dan, Vince and Frank, to paint the interior of my home. They did the walls and ceilings of the split-level entryway/wall, living room, dining room, 22-foot hallway, and den. Their work was organized and professional, they were very neat as they worked, and did a clean job of it. I was very happy with the outcome. |

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! AMAZING... I LOVE THESE GUYS! The floor trim was from the 60's and in included approximiately 4 inches of "carpeted edges" in metal trim. After removing them the edges had holes, extrememly uneven and in no way presentable for a clean paint job. The prep work was so extensive they had to come back the next day so the various plaster jobs could dry completely prior to sanding and painting. Plus, my house had never been painted so the glue from the 60's high quality wallpaper had to be sanded Also, the paint jobs were MAGNIIFICENT! These guys are perfectionist and they have such attention to detail. They are "very" reasonably priced and the nicest family owned business. Heck, I wanted to become a member. My 84 year old Mother LOVED them. Plus, they clean up like WOMEN!!! These GUYS are the greatest! I will be using them forever more!!!
