The company sent a team of 4 painters for four hours rather than 2 painters for 8 hours, which fit my schedule much better. They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They worked efficiently and with only one break. They explained their work process and kept me updated during the process. Although they did not have enough time to do the hallways I also needed painted they were helpful in determining how much more time I would need as well as amount of paint for completion.

Bought the 2 painters for a day (8 hours) deal. Fixed all the holes in the wall, patched two very large holes, primed and painted bathroom with trim. Professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They tried to complete everything within the allotted timeframe but went a bit over on the time. They accidentally overcharged me for the extra time, but came back to the house, told me they overcharged me, and gave me the correct amount. We got another quote from them for some additional work and absolutely plan to use them again.

Overall, very clean, couteous. Sent photos and measurements of areas to be painted; was told that I would need 2 -3 gallons paint for baseboard trim, and 3 - 4 gallons for 2 coats on the walls. I thought that was high. I bought 2 gallons for trim (white, so I could return unused) and 3 gallons tinted wall paint. Less that a gallon was used for the trim, and less than 1 1/2 for the walls, leaving me with a huge excess - and I was unable to return the tinted $45 gallon. Also, I was surprised to have to pay a $100 surcharge (they did tell me is advance) for painting the high portion of the wall adjacent to my entry way stairs. I've hired many painters over the years, and have never come across an extra charge for bringing a tall ladder. Finally, I was told that they would arrive between 9 and 10. When they hadn't arrived by 10, I called the office and initially could not get through. Once I finally did, I was told that they were stuck in traffic and would be at least another hour. They finally arrived at 11. I work full time and did not appreciate wasting the entire morning of my one day off waiting, when a simple phone call informing me of their timing would have allowed me make better use of that time. As I said, they did a very nice job, but for the above stated reasons, probably would not hire them again.

It went really well. Showed up on time, worked all the time did not take breaks. Got the house done by afternoon.

It went well but the quality just wasn't what I was hoping for. The Deal price wasn't bad, but again, the quality wasn't perfect. Scheduling was fine and we had no issues in that area. They were also professional.

The front steps and walk and driveway were very thoroughly powerwashed. The young men were very courteous and efficient. They did a great job at a great price compared to estimates from other firms.

Three painters (Dan, Seth, and Chris) showed up on the day of the appointment, so they stayed for 5 hours and 20 minutes. They busted through 3 rooms in that time and the results were great! I was so happy that they were able to do so much in a short amount of time. We even got some estimates while they were out because we are definitely going to use them again.

Josh and his crew arrived at the time I was told they would arrive. All 3 painters were very professional and very polite. I was extremely pleased with the work they performed and would definitely hire them again.

The work was done very well, and things were perfectly cleaned up. My issue is more with the terms of the deal than with the workmanship. One issue was that the terms of the deal sounded like 2 workers for 8 hours, while they sent 4 workers and expected to accomplish the job in 4 hours. The trouble is, the first layer of paint didn't dry fast enough, so there was an upcharge due to needing more time to accommodate the paint layers.

I saw an ad for $199 for four hours of power washing. I had to pre-purchase this coupon then have the work done. I never do something like this, and I was a little nervous about it, but it turned out better than I had expected. We had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to weather, but the day of my appointment was perfectly sunny. Two people came and each had a power washer so they both worked for two hours. They did a beautiful job getting everything clean. They worked fast, carefully, and methodically, and they completed all of the areas I requested. They were polite young men. I would highly recommend this company.

He took his time, maybe 3 hours. He missed a couple spots but redid them.

They were very nice and professional but I didn't end up needing the work.

After a short postponement because of illness, the worker arrived punctually and did the job efficiently and pleasantly. I had him quickly redo the edges of one room, but on the whole the work was good. They are a small family business and very nice.

Timely arrival. Two men walked thru to verify extent of areas to be serviced. Offered to sell mildew soap (purchased). Explained that the area (size) of the home in addition to extras may require more time than 4 man hours (i.e. 2 men @ 2 hours). Decided to wait until time expiration to add extra time--did add 1/2 hour (1 hour @ $100). Permitted me to use my choice of payment method. Kudos. Thank you.

Things went so well with him that I just called him back again. He spent a lot of time and did a good job. It was a special that I got.

I bought the Angies Deal of 2 painters for 8 hours each for $447. They got in touch with me almost immediately and were able to schedule a time to come out and paint that was earlier that I had expected (which was great.) Instead of sending 2 people out for 8 hours, they sent out 4 people for 4 hours because they had another job cancel on them. This actually worked out in my favor as with 4 of them they were able to work much faster and get the paint on more quickly. Because my basement walls are made of concrete and my air conditioner is a little over-powered turning the basement into an icicle sometimes, the paint took a little longer to dry than I had hoped, but they were great, working on the shelving and such while waiting for the walls to dry enough for the next coat. When it looked like the last coat was going to make them run up against the time limit before it was ready to have the last coat put on, Dan and his team were nice enough to stop the clock and run out and grab a bite to eat while letting the walls dry. They ended up staying only a little over the 4 hours (times 4 people) that I had prepaid for, and the additional time was billed at the discounted rate of the big deal. The room looks AMAZING. I could not be happier with the quality of work. It is absolutely beautiful. If I ever need to have more painting done, I will definitely be calling them again.

This family owned and operated business proved itself to be the most ethical,professional and cooperative service provider in my lifetime of dealing with individuals calling themselves contractors! Concise in their cost estimate they seem to understand that profit doesn't mean loss for the consumer and fairly arrived at a price based on square footage. Daniel the team leader is a young man of immense talent and applied a skillful eye to the straightest lines between wall and ceiling I've ever seen. His team of Seth ,josh and ex marine John worked quietly,respectfully and without pause to do a first class job the likes I've never before seen or even heard tale of. I'm not exaggerating when I say they left us with a sense of awe of their artistic approach to the mundane task of house painting. They patched our ceiling(Josh) in a flawless manner leaving behind no residue that when painted over improved our living room immensely. Minimal cost. They honored our contract. No attempt to bump up costs with newly discovered oversights. They were punctual,polite and took pride in their work. We liked the fact they sang the praises of the company's owners (husband and wife). It was hot. They didn't complain. They worked diligently and didn't cut corners. I double checked. We ran errands and trusted them alone in our home. You could tell they were men of honor. At my age this may be my last whole house makeover. I am thankful we trusted Spotless Solutions with the task of making life in our home a pleasant and pleasing experience for God willing many years to come. It sure will be visually appealing. I take the obligation to provide honest appraisals on this List very seriously. These people are quality people. Top to bottom. They may have equals but none better. Our home hasn't been painted in 10 years. It looks absolutely beautiful fresh and new. Sometimes you luck out. You take a chance. You make a choice. You hear things. You choose to believe. We did We chose Spotless Solutions. Sometimes you just live right.

This was an Angies's Big Deal. I had hoped to have the ceilings painted too. However, Mike advised that they would not be able to do the ceilings and the above work in the time allotted for the deal. He said the ceilings were in good shape, with which I agreed, and suggested that perhaps I might want to think about just doing the walls. That seemed like a good idea. And, since the paint that I had purchased for the ceilings was white, I would be able to return it to the store and get my money back. I was grateful for the suggestion and it worked out very well.

Initially had difficulty getting a response after purchasing the Deal. Was told it had been due to computer issues. After multiple attempts, they were apologetic and scheduled to come to see exactly what I needed done. Agreed to substitute the stairway (otherwise there was an additional charge for height) to compensate for the square footage deal. Appointment was set and I purchase the paint (same colors as currently painted just satin instead of flat) The painters were very nice and respectful my only complaint was how long it took 3 men to do one coat of what I had initially done on my own. They did a nice painting job and cleaned up afterward. I would only hesitate to use them again due to the difficulty I had trying to schedule.

Great experience! The painters were very professional and friendly. They examined the rooms to be painted and gave me options about how to repair some of the damaged or old plaster. Explained clearly why some of these repairs were considered additional services and I was charged a very reasonable amount for those services. They arrived when they said they would arrive and completed the work on schedule.

They were very punctual, very professional and did a wonderful job and cleanup was superb.

We have a cabin near seven springs and they did a great job working with us to clean up after renters. Great job and very flexible with hours and services! Thank you !

I purchased 4 hours of pressure washing for $199.00. This service was to pressure wash my house. Two fine gentleman arrived in a timely manner on Friday June 6, 2014. They were two of the nicest guys you would want to talk to. Upon their arrival, we walked around the house and they explained the details of how they perform this service and within 20 minutes had unloaded and were working. I went in the house and about 1.5 hours later the job was complete and cleaned up. We again walked around the house to be sure everything was to my satisfaction, . I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to have something pressure washed. They were friendly and very prompt and did a wonderful job! Thank You Spotless Solutions! See you next year!

We like them a lot. I would recommend them. I was happy with the provider. They were prompt, personable, and communicative. They were great. It was nice of them to give a discount to me. I would just rate them on the overall grade.
