Two workers arrived instead of one and it was several hours earlier than expected. But they split the tasks and were very professional and completed all of the work. I had three glass shelves I wanted hung but because of the built in molding in my house it can't be done without destroying the molding. I would definitely contact them for any future small projects.

Could have done a better job ourselves. Used a Lowe's carpet cleaning machine which was purchased the day they arrived. The person doing the work tried but was not provided any help.

I called them twice and emailed once since I purchased the deal, and I never heard back from them. I allowed them two weeks to contact me before attempting to reach them and still haven’t heard anything.

I have purchased several Big Deals from Spotless Solutions and have never been disappointed. They are always responsive to my inquiires, puntucal and professional. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them.

Awesome. Nick was so quick w the original job-removing a small interior wall, that I put him to work for the other 3 hours I had prepaid for! So fast, clean, and professional.

When I first looked around, everything looked fine. Then we started taking a closer look, and we weren't 100% satisfied. There are marks from runners and thin spots. Not a huge deal, but about a C. My mother-in-law reported that they were on time and finished when they said they would, but they did take a lot of breaks. The price seemed fine but we didn't have a lot with which to compare it. It was the best price of the two we looked at. Making arrangements and the timing was very smooth. But you want "A" quality, not "C" quality.

Very efficient, professional & courteous. They painted a large Master bedroom along with the trim & completed it in now time. We will definitely use their service again.

All went very well. Team of three painters --- Dan (foreman), Adam and Carl ---were prompt, professional, efficient and thorough. Dan did very good job setting forth team's working time parameters --- given that they had three painters rather than two --- and team did excellent work on all aspects of job. A very congenial trio and easy to work with. Would hire again and consider for larger jobs.

He was very cooperative in all of the projects I assigned him.

We were absolutely thrilled with Spotless Solutions. They were punctual, and they spent much more time cleaning than I thought they would. They really took the time to do a good job. We moved into a new home that has pretty aged carpet and didn't want to replace the carpet just yet, so Spotless Solutions helped us with that. The carpet even feels better under my feet! Thank you so much!

My only complaint is the communication. One of the phone # listed on Angie's list was incorrect. When I did get through, the lady answered the phone like you would answer your home phone and I had to ask if it was a business or not. They need to have a phone line for the business only. Also, no drop cloths were put down by the painters.

Did a an O.k job but didn't go above and beyond.

It turned out fairly well. I have a living room combination and they painted a hallway. I told the women I spoke with ahead of time that I was concerned with some small pinholes from hung pictures as well a small crack on our plaster ceiling that would need attention. There were very nice young boys that came. When the two young men came, they filled the pinholes with calking. I asked who was going to repair the area on the ceiling but they said he couldn’t make it and wouldn’t be coming. The boy filled the crack with the calking. The boys were very nice and that was pleasing to me, but I was concerned with the problems they tried to solve.

They were very timely. I had it done before Christmas. There was a short expense and I needed some work done before the holiday. They were very prompt and efficient and I was pleased with the job. With the turn around time they were very flexible and work well with my schedule. I would recommend them because they were very customer oriented. They quality of the work is good.

I never got around to using the service unfortunately and my coupon expired.

I've contacted the contractor and they have not been very good at communicating. They have delayed the work as well. Due to their customer service, I've decided to just cancel the deal.

it took some time to schedule, as they ran a special, and were booked. When we did get a time scheduled, they were great. The price was double the special price, but they were here for about 8 hours with 2 people, and they told me the special was 8 hours with 1 person, so that made sense. They were super nice, and very polite. They did leave paint spatter on the driveway when they left, & I wasn't crazy about that, but overall, we are happy with the service.

The service went absolutely perfect. They were on time, friendly and professional. The taping and painting looks great. I would give them A's across the board.

They were very careful to cover and protect everything. Walls look beautiful. The workers were prompt, respectful, and professional and friendly. I felt comfortable having them in my home. My only disappointment was that I was hoping my ceilings could have been done in the allotted time for the deal. They were willing to stay to complete the ceilings for the standard hourly rate, I declined that option.

The painters were fine except the company charged me for mileage which is not indicated anywhere in the deal and or on the website or in any of the emails between the company and myself. The company didn't however cash the check so in the end it turned out ok. I told them they need to clearly show and or explain this in the add before hand The work was very good

After they were gone we saw things that needed clean, but did not get cleaned.

They arrived on time. We had bought the $435 Big Deal for 2 painters for 8 hours each. They knew we wanted to get this done as soon as possible. Instead of 2 painters, 3 painters arrived, and that was good because it took longer than the allotted time. They checked with us before going over the paid for time, and told us their rate. They were very attentive to detail, friendly, and conscientious. The basements look great.

Scheduling was a bit difficult. Partly due to weather issues and their busy schedule. After multiple requests they accommodated me on a day. Two young men came and completed their work without any hassle. I had the Angie's special. They did not try to prolong the time. At scheduling and then prior to starting work, they had given me a heads up about charges if more time is needed that was allocated with the deal. They finished on time and did not charge me more. This is the first time I have used this type of service since moving into this place last year. Was not sure how much it would help. There were areas that really looked nice afterwards such as spots where mold and splashes of mulch was present. Other areas of brick did not change much, which may due to color of the brick and its inherent properties. Probably dust was removed from those areas. I think overall it looked nice.
