The crew of 2 was very flexible and thorough. They explained the issues involved with the work that requires additional repair and completed the other tasks with no complications.

Nick came out got right to work, he was very polite he knew what he was doing and I was very pleased with his work.

Arrived as promised with three guys. Ran a bit late but they were coming form across town in traffic so was to be expected. First day went well. Finished stripping paper and priming. Primed kitchen. Second day they brought four guys but I'm not sure that was really helpful. they had to wait for first coats to dry and some things did not get finished because somethings weren't dry and they ran out of time and I could only afford to pay them for 3 hours over since it was $200/hr with four guys. So I have to paint the upstairs woodwork myself and finish a little work in the hall. I know its not just this company but I really believe 1 person working the number of hours alone could actually accomplish more than three or four guys working at the same time, especially when you have to wait for things to dry. With one or two guys, you can move on to another project while waiting for one to dry. I've encountered this on other deals as well. I've seen 1 person accomplish more in a 40 hr week than multiple guys in a couple days many times. That's my reason for a B on price. If I have to pay by man-hour I'd like to choose how many people I'm paying for. They did do an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. They guys were very polite and professional and overall their work was very good.

They came out after a month of them canceling. When they finally came it was just to paint my front porch rod iron railing. I prepaid the company by purchasing a deal and they never did the work. They told me that they didn't have the paint and they had to go buy it. I paid 99.00 for 3 hrs and they told me anything after an hour would be 50.00 an hr. I told them buying the paint would take an hour, they told me it would take about 8 hrs and it would be 100.00 an hr. I was told because it was 2 of them it would be an additional 50.00 for each worker after the 3 hours. I refused to pay 800.00 for something so small.

Very well. Nick did the work. He showed up at the appointed time, conferred with us about the work, and went about the business of completing the tasks. He was focused on the jobs and cleaned up after himself. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

Nick, their handyman arrived on time. I showed him everything that needed to be done. The furniture assembly took very long - much longer than I had anticipated, but the end product was just as I had imagined. Throughout the process, Nick was patient, willing to try something several times till we were completely satisfied with it. He offered suggestions and ideas for the placement of some of the artwork. And, importantly, he was completely forthcoming when he thought that something would not work. His 'bedside manner' was excellent, something that I have found remiss with other service providers. I would definitely hire him again.

The providers were very professional and did the work that we asked diligently. This was a recently purchased Townhome so there was no furniture in the house and so no furniture for the service providers to move while cleaning the carpets. We had carpets upstairs and in the basement. The providers cleaned up everything and lived up to their name "SPOTLESS".

Nick was efficient, skilled and professional. I could not be more pleased with the four jobs he completed. I will definitely use their service again.

I purchased a $199 deal on Angie's List for four hours of power washing. Spotless solutions sent a team of two men who worked for two hours each. They were very thorough and I could see years of dirt coming off the deck. I had all three projects in mind when they arrived. They worked diligently and finished the deck within the initial two hours. They gave me the option for them to keep going and offered me the same rate of $199 to be prorated for as long as it took them to complete the garage and front steps. I did not feel pressured or upsold; I felt like they worked diligently and got as much of my list done as was reasonable within the pre-set time limit. After another hour and a half, all three projects were clean. They were there at the same time I was having my carpet cleaned, and they worked collaboratively with the carpet cleaner to make sure everyone had the access they needed. I will ask them to come back next spring and would recommend them to family and friends.

I recently had my ceiling replaced in my kitchen, and the ceiling trim strips needed to be replaced. Provider also had a bit of time left, so he replaced my porch bulb. Everything went well.

I was very pleased all around. Nick and Adam were courteous, friendly, and efficient. I'd purchased a 3-hour deal through Angie's List, and they worked quickly to ensure they completed the work within that timeframe. Highly recommended.

I bought a pre-paid 3 hour Handyman Service deal from Angie's List from Spotless Solutions. Although I experienced some initial scheduling hiccups, when their handyman came, he did a wonderful job. I had a bunch of small things but the big project was re-placing my light fixture. The job was well done with a lot of attention to detail. They were clean, courteous and had helpful suggestions. I had 40 minutes left on the clock and instead of wrapping up, they asked if I could think of other things to do so that I get the full value of what I paid for. I appreciated that. Finally the next day, the owners called to check how everything went. That was unexpected and I appreciated the courtesy.

They did a mediocre job on the porch and sidewalks. There were still large spots of dirt when they were done-- Despite the fact my husband moved the car and we had talked about doing the driveway-- they did not do this part of the house. I had told them I would pay for extra time if need be. It was really disappointing and the driveway is a big eyesore. They did call me to reschedule to re-do the job but couldn't come for 2 weeks. We decided to go with another provider. I do think they did their best to do a good job but it really wasn't what we were hoping for

Everything turned out wonderful, my walk way,retaining wall and driveway are now restored back to their former glory thanks to Dan. I had quarter round, around the walls in my dining room which was very dated looking , my dining room now has a more modern updated look thanks to Nick's excellent carpentry skills he used to install my new baseboards. Nick and Dan treated myself and home with respect and professionalism, they both seem to enjoy and take pride in their work. I am in the process of updating my which can be very expensive, so i am always looking for big deals to help me stay within my means. I have purchased other deals but i must say the deal i purchased from your company was the best experience i have had dealing with Angies's list. I see you have a deal for painting which i think i am going to purchase i would love to have Nick and Dan for the job they really represented your company very well. I highly recommend your company. Thank you for providing a great deal and wonderful dedicated workers.

The time that Spotless was here working was just perfect. It could not have been a better experience. He arrived precisely at 9 am and got started immediately and did not stop until we were done with all of my little projects. He was pleasant and kind, and a super worker! He was neat and clean and did an outstanding job on all my little projects and most important the shelving for my sewing room turned out exactly as I'd envisioned it and it's very sturdy. I will definitely hire them again.

They were fabulous and I have never had a complaint! They came in in a rush for me and did a really good job.

Everything went fine. They bought the paint shades I wanted, and I had four painters for a day. Guys were professionals, left them to do their job, and came back at the end of the day as they were finishing up. Rooms look great, happy with the service.

Overall the painting was very well done, however there was a huge mess from sanding and they did not clean all areas when finished. They lost some hardware from our curtains, but replaced it the following week.

Spotless Solutions was hired to come and do yard work. They cut the grass and helped us lay mulch to get our yard ready for spring. They were on time and professional the whole way through. They made our yard look fabulous. The grass cut lines were perfect and the mulch was laid in a very perfectionist manner. We will definitely be using their services again. Thanks!!!
