Tom Raimondo from Raimondo Construction returned my phone call very quickly and within days came out to give an estimate. Their price was fair and less than other estimates I received. Tom told me I needed to have an outside water source and electrical outlet ready for them, which was no problem. I got a call the night before confirming that they would be coming, and they worked for 2 days. My neighbors said they were very kind and polite while they were working. The work was done very nicely and you can hardly tell where the old foundation work meets the new! Tom called the next day to tell me his crew was all done and went over everything they did. Overall great service and Tom was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have had trouble with our roof since we moved in last April to this house. The roof was supposedly only 4 years old. Come to find out from the original roofer, who took 12 weeks to show up, he only changed the roof tiles and never did any work with the flashing so he was not responsible for anything. Based on the Raimondo webite and their road sinage, we though they did everything as a construction company. We needed to have our flashing around the chimney all redone as there were gaping holes to the attic and it was leaking when the rain came a certain direction. It was damaging walls and coming through the ceiling of the first floor family room. Well, they responded to our call right away and were very nice and professional. But, after they got here, it turns out that they do not do the work that we needed done. We are still not really clear on what they do.
