RAIMONDO A POINTING CLEANING

They were great. They were as advertised. They were professional and got it done on time. They kept the historical character of the building. The skill and knowledge of the workers was obvious. They come and do great work. There's no surprises. They know what they're doing. The work looks great. I'm an engineer and can tell they did it right. That's even more important.

Tom Raimondo had shown up to look at the project quickly and followed the visit up with a written contract. His crew was professional and friendly. They kept the areas covered and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was very happy with the results and would recommend this company.

They pointed and sealed my chimney and made little caps for the flues. They also added a concrete top to the chimney and it looks great and I've had no leaks since.

Mr. Raimondo is a very friendly guy and he returned all of my phone calls. But never with a firm date -- always and quot;soonand quot;. I signed the contract in June 2012 and it was April 2013 before this work was done. The work was done when I wasn't home, so I have no idea how long it took. When pressure washing the porch, water was blasted through an unsealed section into my newly plastered bathroom below. There is water damage to the plaster that appears to be minimal and cosmetic. When I pointed out the damage to Mr. Raimonda he said he just assumed there was cold storage under the porch and never dreamed there was a beautiful bathroom there. Perhaps this should have been checked before the work was started. He made no offer to reimburse me for the costs of repair to the plaster. I did not ask, which is my mistake. He did offer to do some additional exterior concrete work, which I took to be an exchange for the damage. That additional work was never completed. I would not use this company again.

Never showed up to do the job,

We got a quick response from the first phone call made to the company, no question or inquiry went unanswered. Unbelievably prompt. Workers were thorough, taking care to protect our windows and they did a thourough clean up, once the job was completed. After the job was complete, I made a follow up phone call to request caps be placed on the chimney flues, this was done without any hassle. I would recommed Raimondo Inc. and would definitely hire them again

They were really good. He responded to every phone call, even when I needed follow up. Their workers were good and they were very trustworthy.
