mycontractors.com told me the job would take a week and they did the job in 2 days. They had to come back several times to make repairs. I would never use them again and would like Angie's list to help me since mycontractors.com has a money back guarantee for dissatisfied customers.

Horribly. They were past due date, contractors often did not show up, made a mess and didn't clean up, drain still leaked, they refused to give me my money back and threatened to do a contractors lien on my property if I didn't pay in full!!!!

There is too much detail to list that won't fit here. Basically not only did they not perform the tasks successfully or completely, but did $3000 worth of damage and after having them return three times under the agreed contract and performing more damage during cleanup, I refused to pay the balance. The issue is still being disputed and I have been threatened a mechanics lien on my property!

The representative that came for the estimate was a salesman and not a gutter installer. He did not know very much about my application, just continually telling me that the installers would have no problem. I later found out that his product would not work on my house. He also tried to convince me that all of my gutters needed to be replaced. This is not the case. After it became clear I would not be writing him a check on the spot (despite fairly strong sales tactics) the salesman quickly left and has never called back.

They came & gave us an estimate, started the work, & then came back out & re-quoted an estimate of $3,500 more. They came out & tore out the wood from our roof, threw it on the lawn, broke some of my bushes, & left some dirt on the windows & one part of my siding.
