+ -1 morethey are really friendly and accommodate to your schedule. We trust them and gave them the key. Always told us when they were coming. Communications were good. We had extreme trouble getting paint to stay on our porch flooring. She is so meticulous about what she does. She said to let the paint dry a procure. We did and it has lasted 3 years.
