+ -1 moreThe house was actually a duplex, that we are renovating to be a single family dwelling. I have been so impressed with how professional Lee is. He worked with us on creating a mid-level design that has enough information for the contractors to bid on.
Description of Work: This architect is taking care of a total remodel on our 103 year old, 4000 square foot home. He has designed all the structural and aesthetic changes that we will be making. He also has coordinated a contractor for the project. He charges $150 per hour. The main focuses of the restoration include replacing a staircase to the third floor, putting in drop ceilings and installing central heat and air.
