+ -1 moreNightmare experience. Total rip-off. Used unlicensed contractor. Cost me $7000.00 when THEY terminated the contract. Look for a reputable builder, pass these guys up.

Description of Work: Worst experience ever from start to finish. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about KHOV and would never recommend this company to anyone in the future. My husband and I, to the point of exhaustion, sent emails including pictures of issues we were having, made numerous phone calls, including to top management, took videos, have our own paper trails, etc. all of which lead to even more dissatisfaction d/t unacceptable responses by KHOV management. The choice we made to build our home with KHOV was the biggest mistake either of us have made, thus far, in life. The people we dealt with at every level were non-professional and uncaring. My husband found issue after issues and would these issues with 100% proof in pictures, video, face-to-face assessment and nothing was ever resolved. I have much difficulty understanding how any employee at KHOV can sleep at night knowing they don't provide even a mediocre service or product to their customer. Very disheartening and an absolutely terrible experience all around. Would never recommend and would highly encourage anyone even considering this builder to feel free to contact my husband and I first.
