+ -1 moreAfter pulling the original 80 square feet of patio stones John Painter, the owner, saw that sand had been used as the original substrate and would require additional area to be pulled up and redone. He informed me of his opinion and we negotiated the additional cost before any additional work was done. He finished product looks great and performs well with all the rain we've had this summer. In addition, the edging was installed neatly and looks great as well.
Description of Work: We had approximately 80 square feet of our patio stones pulled up a leveled due to the substrate used in the original installation (done by someone else) and approximately 300 linear feet of Belgian block edging installed. Over time the patio grade had angled toward the house and therefore could have compromised the outer wall.
