Description of Work: They installed some new sewage line in our front yard.

Description of Work: Addition to main home, two car garage and extension of home above. Approx 27’x30’. They were hired for shell only meaning walls cement, siding and roof including all doors and windows with the removal of connecting wall and movement of a window. No interior work besides cement in garage and garage door opener.

Description of Work: We had our house re'sided by BZ.

Description of Work: BZ Construction LLC provided mitigation services after our home was flooded on Feb. 17, 2016 after some pipes burst from freezing. Water affected every room except for an office that had no exposure to water pipes. We estimate about 20,000 gallons flooded the house. Our first floor living areas were much affected. The lower level rooms were severely impacted as water actually broke out on the upper level. The lower level had to be gutted. BZ was quickly on the scene and their quick and expert work saved much of the interior from needing extensive reconstruction. The company also recovered many household possessions that would have been affected by the flooding. We are amazed that of all of our possessions that needed to be rescued, all of the items were eventually put into the places they occupied before the flood. It was obvious that BZ handled our possessions with great care. BZ expertly dried out and dehumidified the house for reconstruction work. BZ also very diligently examined all of the areas affected by flood waters for evidence of black mold, which to our surprise developed very quickly under winter circumstances. BZ was very adept at finding potential mold pockets and we are indebted to them for their diligence. We engaged BZ to undertake the reconstruction work, which they undertook with great speed such that we were able to return to the house after 3 weeks of work. To our relief and great amazement, BZ was able to reconstruct the affected areas of the house such that it was impossible to determine that the flooding had occurred at all. We credit BZ for helping us get our house back together such that it's as if the event never happened. BZ was also very helpful with the insurance adjustment process. We found the company to be very easy to work with and very open to our needs and views on the reconstruction. The crew members assigned to our project were very accommodating and diligent. We would recommend BZ for any and all construction, remodeling and restoration projects.
