 + -1 moreExcellent job. JD showed up first on the scene with an extremely competitive quote compared to the others. He was on time, professional and did GREAT work. I have numerous friends who are in the home remodeling business and they ALL complimented the floors. Will definitely hire again.
Description of Work: Needed hardwood floors refinished with a VERY tough/large dog urine stain on them. 4 rooms total refinished.

He explained how he would make repairs to some of the damaged areas and gave me accurate time frames for the job. He surely knows what he is doing and I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone!
Description of Work: I purchased the other half of my duplex and plan to use it as a rental. The oak floors had been damaged by paint and animal urine from previous tenants. They refinished the living room, dining room, two bedrooms and hallway and stairs. Their work was meticulous and looks beautiful!

 + -1 moreThe experience was excellent. JD flooring moved all the furniture prior to sanding. Plastic was hung between rooms and over vents to prevent the least possible dust throughout the house. Once sanding was done, sample stains were placed on the floor to make the selection process easy. JD was very accomdating and responsive throughout the process. The floors look amazing. I work full time -JD had the run of the house . There was not one problem - he is very trust worthy. While he was there he would even let our dog out. I highly recommend JD flooring both from a quality of work standpoint as well as ease of doing business. You will not be disappointed.
Description of Work: JD flooring refinished our family and dining room floors. This involved sanding , staining and applying polyurethane.

Did everything he said he was going to do and floors turned out great. Unlike 99% of other contractors, he actually picks up the phone when you call as well.
