We did the work as a favor because they needed it done immediately. they said they do not have any card to pay us with, but they would send a check. 5 months later and we still have not received a check. most of the time they will not answer our phone calls unless we use a different number each time. they have lied to us multiple times. Stay away from this company!!!!

I'm giving this company a C rating based on the lack of customer service we experienced. We scheduled a septic pumping for Sept. 16. This is our first time living in a house with a septic system, so we had some questions. We were hoping the service person would have some helpful tips for us. My boyfriend took the morning off work to make sure he would be there when the tank was being pumped. The appointment was for 8am. No one showed up on the 16th. I left 2 voicemails, with no answer. I called again the morning of the 17th, again no answer. They shower up sometime during the morning of the 17th but we only know because our neighbor saw them at our house and our tank is now empty. I am very disappointed that no one called. I would be understanding if there was a mix up or misunderstanding, but since no one called back I have no idea what happened. Worst of all my bf took time off work for nothing! Our questions are still unanswered.
