Ryan replaced my fans and saved us from a battery about to explode. He was fast, courteous and professional. It's not often you get quality customer service and a price that made you feel that you got your moneys worth and then some. Ryan was able to schedule me same day. He was able to get my laptop back on but this is only a temporary fix. It would not be cost effective to repair the laptop, so Ryan will be helping me decide on a new one (brand). He will also be the person setting up the hard drive with my backup data. This is the second time he has worked on this laptop. The first time, the fan and vent were blocked with dog hair, causing the laptop to over heat. Same day service was impressive.

It went absolutely excellent. We have a number of computers at my work and I have always installed things and transferred files myself. Ryan came and did it all. I am particular about how things are on my computer and when he was done, I just had to do a few tweeks of my own. It was wonderful. Last year he replaced two computers and has replaced our server in the past as well. Each time things worked so well after a few minor adjustments that were personal preferences. Each time, I have been more than satisfied with his work. There have also been several times I have called him and he walked me through some problems over the phone. No problem. He will not install something that he knows would not be good for the customer. He works with quality equipment.
