Description of Work: We were looking to get a new roof installed. Randy came to our house to talk with us and take measurements. He seemed like a nice guy who knew his stuff. He said he would get back to us within a day or so with an estimate, but he never did. We called and left messages for him three times, but we never heard from him again. If he decided he couldn't take the job for some reason, that's fine, he could have just told us that. Instead he ignored our messages and left us wondering what was going on. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I really hate giving anyone a negative review, but that is what happened.
