Salesman was friendly and very knowledgable, assuring me the installation could be done even in the room under the garage with a cement ceiling. The salesman was also very accommodating when I had to reschedule the installation date due to unavoidable medical events. The workers, Matt and Scott, were awesome! They put cloth tarps over the carpeting and wore covers on their shoes to keep things as clean as possible. Ceiling tiles were carefully moved and replaced during the job and they couldn't have been more detailed and polite. During the job they would let me know what they were going to do and would check with me to make sure the placement of the units suited me. I really like that they allowed me to be involved with some of the decisions, so I would be happy with the final outcome. They vacuumed and cleaned up after the job. The only glitch we had was the salesman didn't show up at the start of the job, as he promised, due to an unavoidable family problem, which delayed Scott and Matt from starting on the first day. It was tricky feeding the tubing neatly through the wall and into the room under the garage and they needed his direction. The salesman showed up as quickly as he could, but he was visibly upset and started to blame me for holding up the job. He quickly directed his attention to solving the problem and moved on, which was more appropriate. He got the problem solved quickly and the solution was fabulous and looks great! I would highly recommend this company. Scott and Matt did a beautiful job, took their time and worked as though they were installing the equipment in their own home, with care and detail. We have used McCrea for our heating/cooling/humidifier system for many, many years. We have always been pleased with our service, but it was not until today, with Mario C. as our technician, that we realized how thorough service could be. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, and explained what he was doing and why.

John K. was my technician. He is the best. He explained everything to me and showed me how to do stuff on my own. He noticed that my front door fixture was loose and fixed that too. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him!

On the day of our scheduled appointment three gentlemen showed up on time and assessed their assignment. They suggested the new system needed a little more room for the heat pumps so I removed a large bush while they were removing the old equipment. The gentleman completed their task in about six hours hauling off all the old equipment as the left leaving the house as clean as they found it.

Seth arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. He went immediately to work after a short discussion about what he was going to do. We had contractors in the house while he was performing maintenance. He did not let this disturb him or delay completion. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from McCrae's for the past and plan on continuing to use them.

It went well. Professional service and very knowledgeable. Provided good information about my system and what the new system would do for me and my home. When I'm ready to purchase a new system I will definitely give them a call. John Kline was awesome. I would recommend them to everyone.

The moved the vents by my closet so I could easily change the filter. They took it out and I had to have somebody fix the hole. They were neat and clean about it. The price was reasonable. They weren't charging me an arm and a leg. I will be using them next week.

Their responsiveness is pretty good. I have been using them for the last 3 1/2 years. They have done me okay. I have no complaints with them. They are here to check things out and tell me if anything is wrong. They are thorough from what I can tell. They are upfront and honest so far.

It went well. John Kline, our technician took the tome to walk me through the problem and explained everything. He had the part on hand and promptly repaired the unit.

I was totally satisfied with Mr. John Kline's knowledge of the current system and his recommendations for repair or replacement and also demonstrated good professionalism. The carrier unit works incredibly well, we are so pleased. Every phone call was professional, everyone at McCrea is very knowledgeable of all products and very courteous. Matt and Scott installed both units in 1 day!! They were incredible and explained everything to us. They were very professional, cleaned up after they finished, and wore shoe covers whenever they were in the house. We will be using these folks for a lifetime for any and all service. The 2 installers Scott and Mario were very good. They worked as a team the entire time . Never any wasted time or motion. Entire job was 4 hours. No mess. When done you wouldn't know anybody worked here other than the new equipment. McCrea is now tops on my list for A.C.

Our assigned A/C technician from McCrea promptly called to say he was on his way as well as informing us from where he was leaving. This gave us a better idea of how long his actual trip would be. As soon as Mark Dzbynski (Technician) arrived to the house and I opened the door, he immediately remembered me (and how many units I have) as well as tell me which unit was having the problem. Mark also remembered the initial problem from 4 years ago that started us on a service agreement with McCrea. We tried others and came back to McCrea, their people remember us and treat us a friend.

Could not have gone better. McRae always provides terrific service, which is why we have used them for our a/c and heating for over 20 years!

They were great they got there early in the morning remove the old air conditioner setup a new pad changed out all the wires the lines everything brand new they did an amazing job they went beyond my expectations I was certainly suggest them to my friends and Neighbors.
