Went very well. John, the technician came on time, after he called to remind that he was on his way. He was very nice and polite, and also made sure he didn't bring any dirt from the outside into the house. John explained the conditions of the units, and what would be the best filter to use in our systems. He also mentioned the condition and age of the water heater and explained what are the different replacement options + estimated costs. Didn't feel at all pushed to any extra work/expenses. In short, another very good experiance with McCREA

exiting old system and installing new no problems or issues, Chris and Casey were terrific, could not be better. Two very nice young men who knew what they were doing. All done in about 5 hours, no mess or fuss. walked through the install and new programmer with us. Cannot say much more than simply outstanding workmanship

I've used this company for many years. The service is first rate.

Everything and everyone was first class. We got a great system at a great price. The icing on the cake was when we were inspected, and the inspector commented on how well the installation was done.

The installing team were professional and courteous. They completed the work in a timely and very efficient manner.

I guess after 17 years and no issues, serviced regularly by McCrea a replacement was due. McCrea were booked for the day but due to extenuating circumstances, they were able to send someone out, Mr. John Kline. Mr.Kline spent some time checking the system and we determined it needed to be replaced. We worked on the best replacement system, no pressure, and completed a contract. System was topped off to survive until I could schedule time for a replacement to be installed. Could not be more pleased. Mr. Kline was excellent, and I will ask for him in future to service the new system after installation. I also thank McCrea for being very cognizant of the circumstances; that I needed a service person asap.

John Kuhe was the service person and he was professional in his explanation and went over all the details as to how the system works and what it would need. He was not high-pressure but thorough in his description of what our options are.

The provider was fantastic! Very professional technician. He assessed the issue and replaced a minor part that had gotten corroded--for FREE (just for being an Angie's List customer).

Mark did a great job of quickly responding to our request and to resolving the issue.

During an inspection by the home buyer, the inspector identified an issue not identified by McCrea.

Our A/C went out and I called McCrea. I was never placed on hold and was helped right away. Within two days Mr. John Kline was at my front door within the promised time window and after having received the promised heads-up call from an administrator. John was incredibly professional and kind from start to finish. He was able to answer my various questions from diagnosis of a coolant leak, to cost for repairing a "Band-Aid fix," versus total replacement, to warranty and contract concerns. He was extremely well-versed in his career field and able to give both technical feedback and opinion-based feedback based on his many years of experience. As a result of the overall McCrea responsiveness and customer service, I didn't hesitate to sign-up for a contract and warranty with them after deciding to totally replace the unit. John instilled confidence in my decision-making process and helped me to discern my own cost-benefit analysis, based on how we live, and how long we plan to stay in our home. I can't say that I would've made the same high-priced decision as confidently as I did, had I not trusted John's input and appreciated the all-around positive experience with McCrea. Despite the sinking feeling from an unanticipated 4K expense, I know that this will save us a lot of headache and money in the long run (at least ten years). Not to mention, guaranteed A/C for many hot summers to come!

Had to work with them to squeeze me in due to their heavy workload. They were understanding of our needs for the bedroom level AC repair due to babysitting our grandchildren 2.5-yrs and 2.5-mos. Appreciate them squeezing us in.

Mr. Kline is an experienced and knowledgeable technician who provided good tips for maintaining the AC system and answered all of my questions. There's not much else to say because it was a routine seasonal checkup under McCrea's maintenance program, and everything checked out OK. Note: McCrea installed my AC and heating systems about 6 years ago, and I've had no problems since.

It went really well. Mark arrived right on time, carried out the work that McCrae usually does under our membership with them, and provided me with options for several enhancements (surge protection, leak prevention). There was no pressure, just explanations. Mark carefully explained the costs and benefits, and was a real pro. He knew exactly what equipment we had, when it had been installed, and what it's efficiencies, lifetimes and challenges were. Nice job.

Technician (John Kline) was friendly. Suggested possible repair with reasonable options.

The service went really well. The guy was punctual, professional and well groomed.

Everything went great, John K. arrived and went right to work testing the thermostat and AC unit, he explained everything to me in great detail.

Mario C came out to troubleshoot the week prior. Found the exact issue. He returned following week to replace with an upgrade, and included additional hardware to make system more reliable to troubleshoot in future. Mario C was such a pleasure to work with. Punctual, communicating when he was on his way. He is conscientious and knowledgeable.

The installers did a great job. Chris, Seth, Casey and Dakota arrived at the scheduled time. They were very careful to protect the carpet in our family room. They explained what they were going to do, and they did the installation in about 5 hours. At the end of the installation, they explained the system and the thermostat. They removed all of their tools, the old heat and AC units, and the packing boxes. I would highly recommend McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had a maintenance agreement with them the last two years, and they always are very thorough.

The provider also contacted his sales department to have someone come and give me options and estimates for replacing my heating/air unit. They were very quick in scheduling and took the time to provide me specific details and options since i am a female! They also called back at a later date to answer additional concerns. Very pleased with sales rep and the service person.
