It went very well. The technicians are always helpful, friendly, and professional. For this visit, John Kline was the technician. He was terrific.

The salesman was professional and knowledgeable. The installers were complete in one day and cleaned up the entire worksite by evening. We required a service call for an adjustment a couple of days later - they were in and out with the problem fixed. The price was reasonable and the quality of the equipment is top notch.

This turned out to be an extensive job. They came as scheduled, but found they needed a part from the warehouse. They returned promptly the next day and found additional problems with the housing of the fan and an additional part was needed as well as adjustments to the fan housing. They were back first stop the next morning and spent several hours getting everything properly aligned and working. John Kline performed the work and was knowledgeable in what he was doing and professional (did a good job keeping me informed when the complexities arose). I've used McCrea for several decades for maintenance and new installations and have been satisfied with their work. I certainly recommend them for maintenance/repair/replacements.

Total work was completed in 2-1/2 days. Installation was flawless and the workers (Zach, Dakota, and JW) were extremely hard working and professional. The only issue was that our old system failed during a stretch of "plus 90 degree" weather. McCrea was inundated with emergency work and we had to wait 2 weeks to get in the work que. The company DID offer (at no additional cost) a portable 12K BTU air conditioner for the waiting period.

Didn't hear from them, so I called. No real answer, but then I got a call back telling me they wanted to be up front and informed me that the tech who came out was actually the "only" person they had to work on my system and he had been injured. Time of repair now unknown. I told her I would like my money back for the service call, since this was no fault of mine and that I didn't think it fair I should pay someone to tell me what I already knew... the pipe needed replaced. No can do. They'll let me know when he will be out. I saw another HVAC truck on the road that afternoon and wrote down his number. Called him when I got home and he called back next day. About three days later, all repairs were complete and the bill was under $300. Called McCrea in another attempt to get my money back and this time got to speak to a supervisor. They would send my check back when the injured tech reported back in, as he had the check. Finally received it a few days ago after calling again to see where it might be. Bottom line, they seem to be very professional in general, but handled this situation poorly.

John Kline serviced my furnace today. I've been a customer for years with this company. I must say he was very professional and offered suggestions on making my unit more efficient. Two thumbs up.

Very well. My AC went out the first week of July. Just at the beginning of the hottest summer in a long time. John Kline came to the house to assess the AC unit. He explained what he was looking for and the results of his test. We discussed replacement options and cost. I got a couple of estimates and choose McCrea. The installation team of Dakato, Jeremy and Zach did a great job. They arrived on time, explained their plan of action and got to work. They finished the job a couple of hours early, cleaned up and were very courteous the entire time. it was a pleasure doing business with McCrea.

John Kline came out to do our annual service on our heater. and humidifier. He came on time and was extremely polite and covered his shoes. He asked if we have had any problems, which luckily we haven't. He went to the system and checked it out very thoroughly. He was ready to answer all my questions and called the office for the answers he was unsure about and the prices for some of the parts. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and especially John. He is an asset to the company.

Very well. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, I scheduled an estimate. Matt was very thorough and gave a range of options, which were included in the estimate. The hot water heater was an unplanned add-on when I learned that they also replace them. The installation team was prompt, efficient and thorough and worked very hard to complete the job in two days.

Our technician, John Kline, was on time, courteous, professional and very competent. He recommended several improvements to our system that would help clean the air and remove dust from our house which we implemented during his visit. We were completely pleased and impressed with the service we received and would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

When faced with replacing my HVAC system in my home, McCrea was highly recommend by my service technician for their quality of work and service. I am completely satisfied with the work that was preformed. The work crew that installed my system was very professional in how they conducted themselves while installing My system. They were on time and finished before the estimated time. I did have an issue with the AC unit after installation. They sent a Technician out to fully check my system. After talking with the manufacturer, it was determine that the noise problem with the system could be address two ways; one, put a cover on the compressor or two, replace the unit. McCrea choose to replace the unit instead of just covering up the problem. I would highly recommend this company for all your Heating and AC needs!!

My HVAC tech, John, was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous, and he completed all work quickly and thoroughly. When finished, my 15 year old furnace was running almost like new! I really appreciate the great service by John and McCrea Heating & Air. Highly recommended!
