As a former contractor (with a bad back) JD did everything I wanted and more - his perserverance and attention to detail are outstanding AND he stands behind his work. If one has a problem or a concern he is there promplty to take care of it. As an example the termite guy noted that some wood forms were left in the crawl space. I called Doug and her was there the next morning. We have had no nail pops but one drywall seam did crack and he had a gentleman out to fix it within a few days after he looked at it and he almost always has a smile and a cheerful word.
Description of Work: In addition to building our house, Doug built a 400+sq.ft. sunroom for us. His price was $13,000 less than our other bids and he used higher quality materials than the other contractors were willing to use. In addition he allowed my wife to work out exactly what she wanted and he made the project run on time and only a few dollars over budget.
