+ -1 moreCalled about a water leak. Tech determined part to order, then he alerted me to a grinding noise in the exhaust fan so I elected to have that replaced also. Perfect timing: the fan quit working 9 hours before he was scheduled to return to replace it and, when he heard it had quit, he called to ask if he could arrive 2 hours early! He took the time to provide good explanations of the issues, the repairs, and overall operation.

Description of Work: This time was for cleaning the furnace. Previous we had them repair an electronic eye on the nozzle, on the furnace, this was done after hours.

Description of Work: Have used Dual County HVAC for service work at the start of each heating and cooling season.When our gas furnace went down Dual County responded in a very timely manner. The furnace needed a new inducer motor, which had to be ordered. They were able to get the furnace running for the night which was a great help. They returned the next day with the replacement motor. The have also installed a humidifier on the system to make the house more comfortable

+ -1 moreThe reapirs worked for only one day. I called him about the issue and he was not accomadating when it came to scheduling a follow up appointment. He wanted to come back during business hours and I have to work. Once I told him I couldnt make those offered times he asked if I could leave the door open and I was definitely not going to do that. I will now have to find another company to finish the work.
Description of Work: Replaced the bad starter gear and top the refridgerant off. Checked pressure and temperature.

+ -1 moreThe service person was excellent. He was here for 60 minutes and cleaned up after himself with a shop vac. I would definitely recommend Dual County to other people.
Description of Work: Service person inspected a gas furnace and cleaned the unit. He also fixed a drip from one of the condensation pipes. Then he checked the AC unit for the Freon level.
