DOC'S APPLIANCES SERVICE AND SALES

The first time he came out was because my dishwasher was getting water in it after the rinse cycle. He knew that it was because of a clogged pipe. He got a can of some sort of drain cleaner, and it was fixed. The knob for the time for my washing machine broke and he replaced it. He, also, fixed the toilet flusher. He was very professional, but friendly as well. He did a great job and knew exactly what was wrong each time. I had called two other companies who were unable to fix the dishwasher because they didn't know what was wrong with it. His location is in a different town than I live in, but he did the traveling.

I found Doc on the web. I emailed him about my dryer not drying like it used to. He emailed me back and told me that his service fee was $45 per hour and that he would come and clean it out and if he did not have to buy any parts and he could fix it within the hour it would only be the $45. He gave me his website and said that he had used dryers for $85 and up. So he called me the next day to see when I would like him to come out. I told him that since I was unemployed and my hubby was on worker's comp that I would have to budget for it and I would get back to him. He stated that he knew how important it was for me to have a dryer since we have two kids. He said he would work with me on the payment and that he would come out when I was next available. So, he came out that afternoon and looked at my dryer. He informed me that due to the age of my dryer I would probably be performing the same repairs in 6 months as it would continue to have the same problem due to the age. He said that the parts would be about $30 and the service fee would be $45, so I could pay $75 now and then again in 6 months, or I could pay $85 now and have a much better, newer dryer. He did not charge me any service fee for coming to my house. We went last night and purchased the newer, better dryer from him. He had it waiting for us and loaded it into our car, invited us in, and was extremely friendly to my husband, my 4 year old daughter and myself. I plan to recommend Doc to anyone I meet that is in need of a replacement or repair to their washer or dryer. I will definitely use Doc again when I need him.
