chimney sweep
+ -1 moreTerrible and a waste of 2 weeks of my life. Find someone who wants your business.
Description of Work: We purchased a home and were advised to have the chimney cleaned. Over the course of 2 weeks we called and left 3 different messages with Barney's about prices and scheduling a time to do it. We had questions about converting to a wood burning stove as well and expressed those concerns also in our messages...only no one ever called back. They were a complete waste of our time and the sad thing is, we weren't even looking for competitor prices, we were just going to go with them. They had guaranteed business had someone just taken the time to return any one of the three messages.

+ -1 moreExperience with this company was great. They kept appointment even though it was a cold rainy day. Represenative was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me a service or product I didn't need/want. I will use this company again and refer them to others.
Description of Work: Inspected chimney and installed two chimney caps.
