Rich and his crew completed a very complicated project for us through a very challenging time (Pandemic). Their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project was constant, and the finished product reflected that. I highly recommend them for any project big or small.

Decomission old shed and build new one

Richard Ogle is an extremely well-organized, thoughtful contractor who easily problem solves difficult scenarios. He remodeled our outdated bathroom with efficiency and professionalism! We would most definitely recommend him to anyone seeking to renovate! His work ethic and vast knowledge are resources to be valued!

What a great job - when they say Custom Craftsman, they mean it - I had a custom window installed (a huge window!) and it happened without a hitch. What beautiful workmanship - all I can do is sit and stare at it. The best part is that Rich gives so much value-added because he has a vision and has great suggestions that make the finished product even better than you first imagined it. So easy going and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent job

Came in prepared with all they needed. Checked with me to make sure I approved the door. Installed works perfectly. The selves in my living room were custom made to fit in this old farm house. When it was done was asked if there was anything else I needed to change or add. I changed one thing, he did it and started to paint. I was so happy with all they can do, I got some other things done too. Next I will have them do a bathroom for me!

They are professional, honest, knowledgeable and dedicated to making their customers well-informed and happy. Not only did this father/son duo educate me about the extent of renovation that was necessary, they also completed it in a timely fashion and within a predetermined budget. They were easy to communicate with as well as well-prepared for unexpected scenarios that arose at our home! In our home specifically, Richard and Son Custom Craftsmen replaced four new windows, replaced damaged exterior plywood, installed new siding on the exterior of our home, installed custom trim around windows as well as throughout our home, and installed crown molding in our kitchen.

Rich and his team are great! Their attention to detail and ideas are exactly what my project needed. They showed up on time, stayed late to get the work done and cleaned up everything before they left. Even though the project took longer than they anticipated, their quote stayed the same. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
