Description of Work: Went to them to have them build a garage for us. They never followed up with a site visit to evaluate/etc. as promised. This after we spend over an hour with a manager at the Mill Hall site, going over what we wanted and to get their ideas.

Description of Work: A few of my neighbors had metal roofs installed and they told me they were very pleased with the work and the company so I'm having one installed as soon as they can fit me in at a cost of $3900.

Contacted by e-mail; no response. Went to one of their contact sites on rt.220 near rt.80 outside of Mill Hall at Belles Springs. Spent over an hour with Jeff Snook, going over what we wanted built. He said they would be in contact for a site visit and to finalize a price. It never happened! No further contact by this builder to us. We have since moved on and have a very nice garage by the 2nd week in November. We have no idea why they chose not to follow up on our meeting with Mr. Snook?!
