+ -1 more(We are a household of 4 adults with 3 toilets, a water softener, well pump etc.). He strongly encouraged us to use the enzymes for the next few years and it would help a lot!! He is really nice, informative and called on his way even though the office had already said that he was coming. We've had two great experiences with Tony and Walte's now and are putting ourselves on a schedule of having the tanks pumped about every 30 months. Definitely would highly recommend Walters Environmental Services to anyone!! *We also spent another $60 for the box of Lenzym/Bio Blocks, so our total bill was actually $324. I think that is really good for every 30 months.
Description of Work: Tony and his helper arrived about 11:30am and took just under an hour to empty our first and second 500 gal tanks plus the pump tank and unfortunately had to backflow the first tank because we had 3 ft of scum because of our not keeping up with the lenzymne bio blocks during the last 2 years.

+ -1 moreWalters was at our house to provide us with a quote as soon as we called. We were about to sell the house and this project could have held up our closing. At my request, they were able to invoice me before the work was completed (needed it for the closing) as well as dispute a few of the items another septic inspector found. The work was completed as soon as the PA One call was complete. Would use them again!!!
Description of Work: Walters repaired our septic tank the inlet baffle fell off and needed to be reattached.

+ -1 moreThe portable toilet was delivered in great condition and picked up on time. Seven months later we received an invoice for the service although we had paid cash. When I called I was treated with respect and kindness. Later Walters called us back to say they had pulled the invoice and saw it marked paid. I appreciated the extra effort they gave to assure me they knew the bill was paid.
Description of Work: We rented a portable toilet for the weekend.
