Description of Work: I had part of a pipe replaced in the septic mound. The Walters representative was courteous and completed the work within an hour. The cost of the work was very reasonable and I have used their services in the past for pumping the septic and they replaced a septic pump in January 2015. I am very pleased with the work performed and highly recommend them.

 + 0 moreThey provided excellent service. I spent $260 to have the septic tank pumped out. The septic tank was down about 3 or 4 feet and I di not want to have to dig that up every 3 years, so we had them come back the next day and put a riser in. It brings it up to ground level so they cane access it is much easier, and they also adjusted the floats in the pump tanks. I paid $225 for the second trip. It was just a great experience. I had 2 other septic tank companies come out and they did the wrong thing and tried to pump the septic tank from a 4 inch pipe. Scott was the guy that came out and he was just a real nice fellow and he told me that a septic tank cannot be cleaned out pumping a 3 inch hose for a 3 or 4 inch aperture. He found out that the septic tank was down 3 or 4 feet and recommended that it be cleaned like that from now on. They gave much better advice than the other two companies. They responded quickly to the call and may have been a little more expensive than the other companies.
Description of Work: I used Walters Septic Service yesterday and pumped out the septic tank, the pump tank and got some bacteria to put into the septic tank that is supposed to be better than Rid-X.
