Our experience with Baldwin Concrete and the owner Rich was great. The communication from beginning to end with professional and timely. The estimate included concrete work on the outside of our home and for masonry in our basement. The estimate for all the work to be done was very reasonable. We are very happy with the work completed at our home and would highly recommend Baldwin Concrete to homeowners.

Rich was helpful with getting this sidewalk repair job done quickly due to a township ordinance. The cost was reasonable and work looks quality. Would recommend to any homeowner in need of concrete work.

This is a very true and honest review with e-mails, texts, video, and pictures to prove it. My wife and I are senior citizens and just recently paid Rich Baldwin THOUSANDS of dollars (have a receipt) to re do our concrete front step, walkway, driveway, apron blocks, apron, and gutter curb. Within a day after they said he said he was complete he had to come back to reface the front step because it peeled off. A couple days later it peeled off again and had to come back to reface again. At this time also noticed two 47 inch cracks in my driveway apron and one sidewalk block. Then a day or two after that found 19 divots/craters in the lower half of the driveway along with numerous ripples and low and high spots. After apparently fixing these issues so he says, it looks the same. I now have numerous colors of concrete, ripples, patches that he put over the divots, a crack in the top half of my driveway, and now finding more divots in the apron. This workmanship is horrible. When I finally asked him to redo or give me a refund, he said that is not going to happen, that he is not liable. I am writing this review in hopes of saving seniors or anyone else that is thinking of hiring them from this kind of experience and wasting your hard earned money.

Replaced my front porch. Did an excellent job and the crew was always pleasant , neat, clean and very professional. Great to work with! I highly recommend them.

It is hard to find excellent customer service when looking for a pro for your home projects. Baldwin Masonry has it! Rich was responsive to my questions, even after finishing the project. His team did a great job and showed up on time every day to put my new steps in. They won me over with their staff member, Christina. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very friendly. I highly recommend Baldwin Masonry.

They said they were coming on Saturday but was delayed until the Monday they did call and said they would come late Saturday but never did otherwise no complaints the workers did a good job and knew what they were doing
