Workers showed up on time and went above and beyond by hauling extra concrete away. We're very clean and curtious. Will use them for all of my future concrete projects.

The only word I can think of to describe the work is "masterful". There are areas where they actually bookmarked the cleft in the stone. Crew was a pleasure to have around, Rich is very responsive to emails & calls. This totally changed the landscape.

Rich is The Guy for concrete work. We had a side patio that was sinking. Not only was the job done properly, they took the greatest care to not damage the existing screen structure. In addition to the side patio, they enlarged my front stoop so it now looks like a real porch, covered it with flagstone and it fits the house perfectly. A suggestion was made to also do the walkway from the front porch to the curb. Not only was the cost reasonable, it's beautiful and I'm so happy that we did it. His crew is courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They clean up the site at the end of every day. I'll have them back to redo my driveway.

My concrete walkway was a mess so I called Rich for an estimate.He was out the next day and his was the lowest of four estimates so I went with him. The next week him and his crew performed the work. The old walkway was ripped out and a new one poured all in one day. The work quality is excellent. I did some concrete work in my younger days and I have a good eye for quality work. You can hire him with confidence.

Rich was prompt in his return of my call. He is personable and easy to talk to. Our job was to have several blocks of front sidewalk replaced and the curbing at the foot of our driveway. The crews arrived on time and were also very pleasant when asked questions. They did a great job and it looks better than I expected. The sidewalk was blended into the existing walk very nicely and finished with a no slip finish. I highly recommend Rich and his company.

Rich was easy to work with and polite. He offered the best job for the best price, and his work shows it. The guys he has did a good job, were approachable, and polite when my wife wanted to ask questions about the job. They were quick cleaned up the site when done. Rich Baldwin and his crew did a fantastic job with our new paver patio and GORGEOUS new flagstone landing, walkway, steps, and retaining wall. Rich is extremely knowledgable and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was always on time and they were very patient with us as a few things changed mid-way through the job (change was on my part, not due to the work they were doing). I have and will continue to recommend them to neighbors and friends!

Excellent work. We had a township notice to fix our sidewalk which included removing part of the tree that had overgrown and distorted it. Looks great and I can sleep better at night knowing that it's no longer a hazard.

The men were on time, did a very good job with the curbing, sidewalk block and 2 chimney repairs. I have a "flowering Cherry Tree" that happened to be shedding it's flowers as they were working. They managed to do the cement without the flowers permanently sticking to the new cement !!! I would definitely hire Baldwin Masonry again.

Rich and his team repaired my stone walkway and stone front steps. His team was extremely polite, hard working and even cleaned up after themselves. Rich himself even came out to monitor the quality of their work - which was excellent. Rich even came back to re-seal areas he felt needed addition attention. They were excellent .

Response was quick over a holiday weekend. Work was done to meet a deadline and was done well. Price was reasonable and less than other estimates.

Prompt response and repaired chimney the next day. Very nice people.

We are extremely happy with the project they did for us. It was a huge job and everything was done to perfection. Rich was very professional and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We have had numerous compliments on our backyard. I would 100% recommend them for concrete and stone work.

He never followed up on promised repairs after the work was completed. Everything at first was fine and his statement about his cement work is never guaranteed or warranted. He also stated he was not obligated to fix or repair problems from his initial work.

My experience with Rich was awesome. Within minutes of submitting my research with home advisor I had receive a call from the owner, Rich. That same day he arrived, on time, to survey the work. He provided the quote exactly as I had requested. He kept me updated in securing the permits n his start date. Both him and his crew were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. They even removed and replaced all the furniture that was on the porch. They completed the job on time, infact Rich returned 2 days after completion just to follow up. They did such a great job having him do the driveway

Very polite and hardworking. First time that I tried this method of getting a contractor. Did not have much success going through the yellow pages. Either no return calls or turn downs. I am very happy that I found this company. Thanks so much.
