+ -1 moreAnyone who spews out invectives without taking the time to understand my potential needs as a customer -- no matter what the cause -- should not be running a retail establishment. The abandonment of the shop, the inventory strewn haphazardly throughout, the poor and dilapidated signage -- make this shop an eyesore in a pleasant stretch of the road.
Description of Work: I walked into the store to inquire about excavation services (I saw a backhoe next to his lot). After 5 minutes in an empty shop, no one in the lot, I began to get in my car, when I saw a figure appear in the shop. I asked him if the backhoe was his -- he said no. I asked if he could recommend someone, and he asked me the location. When I told him, his face darkened, he became malevolent, and told me he would "never recommend anyone I know to work on that property". Why? "The owner screwed me [sic] several years back". Since I have been a tenant on this property for less than 6 months, I was stunned. Strangely enough, when I drove by a day later, the shop was shuttered. I have seldom seen anything but garbage out front, and do not consider them worthy of further time.
