Description of Work: I went into their office for two things: an estimate to fix a leaking tub faucet (possibly to replace the faucet, drain and shower head; and, to request an appraisal of the value of my home (they have a real estate office owned by the same principal). I spoke to the secretary and she took a message (the owner and his son were out of the office). I have always heard that they do quality work but I couldn't even get a call back. Just disappointed in their lack of response.

+ 2 moreContractor meet at house on time. Surveyed the damage, explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Sent contract with terms and price. Did the work as promised. Left site clean, no complaints.
Description of Work: Repair water & inspect damage to my vacation home in Gouldsboro, PA. Damaged structural beams were removed & replaced, damaged siding & trim were removed & replaced & painted.

Description of Work: Hot water heater was failing. AR-Tech inspected it, found leaks, replaced it with new, more efficient unit.
