Repairman came within the promised timeframe. He was courteous and got right to work. Did a thorough diagnostic on my dishwasher. Gave me options as to a resolution. Cost was very reasonable. Dishwasher is now running well.

Our dishwasher was leaking very little during the long cycle wash. It cost too much for someone to come out who did not find anything. The rep was great in customer service and stayed till he could confidently tell us that nothing was wrong. The price is unreasonable.

I rarely give a 5 Star rating but Lapp responded quickly, were very reasonably priced (value far exceeded the cost, were easy to talk to while exposing options, were professional and I have only positive things to say about the 2 guys who came to our house.
